Coat slow cooker with olive oil or spray with nonstick cooking spray. Spread 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce in the bottom of the slow cooker.&nbsp;

Arrange pork chops in a single layer in the slow cooker. Spread about 1/4 cup more BBQ sauce on top of pork chops. Repeat layers of pork chops and BBQ sauce, ending with BBQ sauce. Reserve about 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce for serving.

Cook on LOW setting for 7 hours. Remove the pork chops from the slow cooker and serve with additional BBQ sauce.&nbsp;

Your Favorite BBQ sauce ((optional))

Apply the BBQ rub to your pork chops on both sides and let the rub &quot;soak in&quot; for about 20-30 minutes while you start up your pellet grill.

Fill the hopper with pellets, turn on and run the pellet grill through the start up process, clearing out th white &quot;start-up&quot; smoke.

Turn the heat on the pellet grill to 300°F. If your pellet grill has the option to open any holes or vents in the drip pan for more direct heat, go ahead and do this.

Once the pellet grill is at 300°F, place the pork chops in the cooking chamber on the grill grates, over the direct heat is applicable.

Close the lid, if using any direct heat, flip the pork chops about every 10 minutes until they are finished cooking.

Optional: After about 10-20 minutes, brush the pork chops with BBQ sauce and close the lid. After 10 minutes, flip and brush the other side.

When the internal temperature of the smoked pork chops have reached 145°F, remove them from the pellet grill.

Let the pork chops rest for about 10 minutes before serving to let the juices distribute.

Pork Chops On A Pellet Grill

These Crock Pot BBQ Pork Chops are made with BBQ sauce, apricot preserves, onion soup mix, bone-in pork chops, garlic powder. So easy and delicious!

In the bottom of a 5-quart (or larger) oval slow cooker, pour in barbecue sauce, apricot preserves and onion soup mix.

Give the mixture a good stir.

Season both sides of each of the pork chops with garlic powder and gently rub it in. Place pork chops into the sauce in the slow cooker and, using a spoon, cover the chops with some of the sauce.

Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours (until internal temperature reaches 145f degrees.)

Delicious served with a side salad and some veggies!

Ultra Juicy Grilled BBQ Pork Chops

In a medium sauce pan over medium heat, combine all ingredients for the bbq sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce to low and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring throughout. Reduce from heat and set aside.

Preheat grill to medium and oil the grates.

Season pork chops generously with salt and pepper on both sides.

Place pork chops on the grill, cook for 2-3 minutes, then turn over and brush bbq sauce all over the tops and sides of the pork chops. Cook another 5-7 minutes, then turn and brush bbq sauce all over the tops and sides again.

Cook 5-7 minutes longer until internal temperature reaches 140 degrees F or there is no longer any pink in the center. Allow to rest on a plate or cutting board - covered - for at least 5 minutes before serving - this is KEY to keeping the pork chops nice and juicy.

Serve with remaining bbq sauce. Enjoy!

Air Fryer BBQ Pork Chops are tender, juicy boneless pork chops that are cooked to perfection in just 9 minutes!

Air Fryer BBQ Pork Chops

Boneless pork chops (approximately 1/2 inch thick)

Olive oil

Chili Powder

Brown Sugar

Salt

Mustard powder

Garlic Powder

Onion Powder

Paprika

BBQ Sauce

In a small bowl combine chili powder, brown sugar, salt, mustard powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Stir together.

Brush the pork chops with a light coating of olive oil and then rub your spice mix into them on both sides.

Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees F for 5 minutes.

Working in batches place your pork chops in the airy fryer basket. Do not stack the pork chops, place them side-by-side.

Set the timer to 9 minutes. Start cooking the pork chops.

Halfway through pause the timer and remove the basket, flipping the pork chops over. Replace the basket and restart timer.

When done check the internal temperature to ensure that it is 145 degrees F and then remove the pork chops from the air fryer and let rest for 3 minutes.

Pour the approximately 1 tablespoon of BBQ sauce on each pork chop (or as much as you like!) and serve.

Pat the meat dry. Rub each chop with olive oil and sprinkle with BBQ rub, to taste (I use about 1 teaspoon of olive oil and ½ teaspoon of rub on each side of each pork chop).

Heat coals, gas grill, or grill pan to medium-high heat. Brush grates with oil to prevent sticking. Place meat on the grill and cook for about 5-6 minutes per side (for thick boneless chops) or refer to the cooking time chart above for other cuts. The pork is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 145° F. Baste with Red Gold Redneck Riviera 1776 Original BBQ Sauce during the final 3 minutes.

Transfer chops to a cutting board and let rest for 5 minutes. Serve with additional sauce on the side.
