I’m 16 and I don’t consider myself a good chef however I made this recipe for dinner and it turned out to be one of the best things I’ve ever cooked! My mom works long hours and I’ve assumed the responsibility of cooking most days. It took me quite awhile because I wanted to do it right and it really turned out good! Thank you so much, my mom really enjoyed it.

This is a keeper. It Was a little bland so needs more lemon flavoring and salt. I upped the sauce recipe and still could’ve used a little more- perhaps double the recipe? My kids and husband loved it served over egg noodles with capers. Will definitely add to rotation!

Try adding panko breadcrumbs mixed with the lemon pepper. 
Dredge the chicken in an egg/milk mix followed by the flour than breadcrumbs. It adds some great crunch and nice brown coloring

Made this last night for my very picky husband. Served it over spaghetti noodles. The chicken was perfectly cooked and had a great flavor and the sauce was OMG amazing. Will definitely add it to my list of favs.

I made this dish without the lemon pepper because the lemon pepper is processed (I just used regular pepper).  The dish was great and just on the right side of too much lemon -- meaning that I think the lemon pepper would have killed the dish with too much lemon flavor.

How do you get a rich lemon flavor without the zest? I can’t always get lemons where I am. Otherwise, very tasty

This was such a simple easy dish to make. Love the video and the 2 options on how to make it. Stovetop was easy to do once I watched the video. It was a hit in my household. Definitely worth making again.

I&#39;m a Stay At Home Mom. I&#39;m also young (freshly 21) and majority of the meals ive been cooking have been easy meals. Until I saw this. It was so easy to make and was pretty much fool proof ! It was so delicious! My stepson didnt like it (hes a picky eater and doesnt like much) but me and my husband and our son ate 2&amp;1/2 pieces of chick each within an hr. If you love lemon (like me- ill eat lemons like an orange) then I recommend throwing in some lemon juice or extra lemons. I love this and I&#39;m making it again tonight! I also recommend cutting the chicken into bite sizes for younger kids or for packed lunches!

Lemon Pepper Chicken Is The Quickest Weeknight Dinner

Delicious!! I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out perfectly!! I see some suggestions to pre-cook the pasta, but I don’t know why. There is exactly the right amount of liquid called for.

It was exactly as I expected &amp; that was good! I used lean ground beef and Banza chickpea pasta (gluten sensitivity). Easy, quick, family friendly.

I followed the directions and it came out great. I actually used organic spiral pasta and it cooked in about 17- 20 minutes. Didnt have to add any extra liquid. I did add red pepper flakes to give it a little kick. I didnt stir the cheddar cheese in as I am allergic.  I used a little goat cheese and it was really good!

I am not a goulash fan, but I loved this one! I used a thicker pasta, so I added a little more beef broth.

This was my first time making goulash. It came out good but I'm not a pro, still in all most important thing is that my husband loved it.

This recipe is easy and fantastic! My family loves it! Great for work nights!

My kids loved this recipe! Followed it step by step. The only thing I added was diced red peppers for a bit of sweetness. Once you add your noodles, bring it to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Cover (stirring occasionally) and simmer for 15 minutes and it’s perfect. If pan is not covered all the liquid will evaporate.

I’ve made this recipe many times before and it comes out great! I quadruple the recipe though because we have a large family. Kiddos love it! If you are making a bigger batch you have to allow more cook time for the pasta. Delicious!

Terrible recipe!  There is absolutely not enough liquid in this recipe to completely cook the macaroni.  They say to cook 15 minutes.  No way.  I had to add about a cup of water and cook for about an hour in order to make the macaroni edible.  If you make this I would suggest cooking the macaroni separate and adding at the end.  The flavor is good and I will try it again but cooking the macaroni by itself first and probably only a cup, not a cup and a half.

This is a super easy one pan meal. It&#39;s quick and since it only requires one pan, clean up is super easy too. I just cook the onion and garlic along with the ground beef. I use 93%
lean ground beef and do not need the olive oil at all since the beef renders enough fat to cook the onion and garlic. I used 5 or 6 cloves of garlic since we love garlic. I also used reduced-fat shredded sharp cheddar cheese to make this dish WW friendly. This reheats well so the last two servings were sent with the kids to school for lunch the next day.

I've been looking for a recipe close to what my mom and grandma made and this is perfect. I cook the whole thing on low but do not drain the grease I put everything in one pan and cover once I add the pasta and comes out perfect everytime. You can always add more broth or water if you prefer soft noodles but for me and my family we like them just over al dente

Do not cook the pasta with the sauce, takes forever and burns to the pan. I have added 6 cups of water and still isn’t cooking. Otherwise delicious

Yum! Grampa chief cook here. Added one diced poblano pepper sautéed with the onion. Omitted the tomato paste (didn’t have it), substituted regular diced tomatoes with Rotel ‘original’ diced tomatoes with chilies. Cooked the noodles separately al dente and added.  SW style American goulash. perfect.

So I used all the ingredients except the chopped parsley. I feel like I was just making spaghetti sauce and added elbow macaroni? Did not taste bad, but not using this recipe for a goulash. I would not recommend it.

This is awesome!  I grew up on goulash.  It was made with the diced tomatoes but a lot of ketchup!  All of these flavors and spices combined with the cheese blend beautifully!  I easily ate 3 servings myself in one sitting!  :)

Very tasty, simple, and quick. Common ingredients that one usually has on hand! I used red onion instead of yellow and it came out great still. Next time I will add a bit extra tomato paste. Tip: drizzle extra yellow mustard over your own bowl before adding the parsley and pickles, super yummy!

I made this tonight and it was good! I cut down the Italian seasoning to just over a half a teaspoon.  I didn't use the mustard, due to sodium.  Excellent recipe. Thanks!

I made this with Morning Star ground crumbles (season to taste with salt, pepper, onion powder, paprika) and subbed vegetable broth for chicken broth. I still used milk, cream cheese, and regular cheddar as we eat dairy but you could sub plain almond milk, add a little xantham gum for thickness, vegan cheese, and almond flour to make it vegan.

Wonderful. This was made for me (yes!) and there was extra cheese on top. I will make this myself one day.

Love love love! Shepard Pie is one of my favorites and this provides a wonderful Low carb version. I omit corn & peas. Do include diced turnips, celery, carrots, onions. Check your carb charts- these are all good! I add to fat by adding butter to cauliflower and whipping cream rather than milk. If I’m feeling crazy, may add some spinach or diced cabbage. Total carbs in this are great - cauliflower is recommended as sub for potatoes.

We love this! Awesome comfort food with less carbs! Already made this many times. Great for large families, just double everything. I leave the flour out. Celiac. For the picky eaters you can always substitute the veggies with other veggies. I used celery in mine and left out the corn.

Really loved this, I used a frozen bag of minced cauliflower from Costco, which I could not get creamy with using the potato masher.   I ended up putting all the ingredients for the cauliflower topping in my blender, and it turned out super creamy and delicious!  This was also a hit with all three of my picky eater children!

Amazing!! I swapped the ground beef for ground turkey. Didn’t drain and still added the broth. Added poultry seasoning for an extra touch.  Had to use an immersion blender to get the mashed potato consistency. What a hit!

Use 2 heads of cauliflower, otherwise, top is too thin.

Excellent meal!  My husband is Type 2 diabetic & he can enjoy this without the guilt!  He ranks this as one of his favorites & I concur.

I've made this dish a few times and it's always turned out well.
My favorite add in is sun dried tomatoes. The type that comes is a jar with olive oil and rosemary is amazing and adds a layer of texture.
Easy, no fuss meal just about everybody enjoys. I call that a win.

I’m pretty bad at cooking but this recipe had some great tips that helped me a lot. Highly recommend.

Really perfect in every way. I followed the recipe exactly and made sure I bought the right cheeses.  It was loved by my husband and kids.  I made sure to save the pasta water and adding half the cheese for a few seconds till melted and then put it in the serving bowl and added the rest and used tongs to distribute. It was perfect. I gave my family cherry tomatoes to put on it (not cooked, just as a garnish). I’ll be making this again.

This is not a CACIO and pepper. Cacio is an Italian semi-soft cheese made of sheep's milk. You DO NOT add Parmesan nor butter. If you can't get the cheese, just use pecorino ROMANO. Anything else added to the original recipe should not be called cacio e pepe.

This meal is so so delicious ! The pepper and cheese go together so so well to create an absolutely scrumptious pasta.

We just returned from Italy. The first thing I did was look for a recipe for Cacio e Pepe because it was my favorite dish there. This is exactly as I remember it. Simply delicious and so easy!!

It was one of my favorites in Italy. I’ve tried a few different recipes and this one is good, but I always have issues with the cheese not jiving with the pasta water... what’s the trick to getting it to melt and emulsify with the water/butter mixture instead of ending up at the bottom of the pot?

My husband and I returned from Rome and were determined to have this at home! I only had Romano cheese and used all of that instead of incorporating the Parmesan. I also used a mixed ground pepper as opposed to just black pepper. Absolutely incredible! Fantastic recipe!

Pasta water and pecorino romano to make a paste. Add to al dente pasta and fresh ground peppercorns, plate and garnish with pecorino romano and fresh ground pepper that’s it. No butter no olive oil no parmesan! You have to make the paste for this dish to turn out right.

This dish does look delicious ! I plan to make it very soon!

Great recipe! Easy and quick! I did a few things differently ... I used chicken breasts and cut them in half to keep them thick. I also doubled the marinade and marinated the chicken for four hours. I seared with the marinade and added the leftover marinade when I baked the chicken. The cooking time was as listed on the recipe. I baked uncovered!

It was wonderful! I made it with white rice and we had a nice sauce to pour over. Not a heavy meal, yet super tasty! Was a hit with the family and will be made again!

I.made this recipe with skin on bone in chicken thighs.  I followed directions to the letter.  This time around I made it with boneless, skinless chicken thighs on the stovetop. I put the marinade in after browning one side and added a splash of chicken stock.  Cooked it for about 5-7 minutes. It was delicious.

Tried it, Loved it. I marinated the chicken overnight and the flavors were amazing. I will make it again.

My family absolutely loved this! It was also really easy to make. Didn't take too much time or effort. I have lots of little kids and a baby and so I needed something that I could make and still be able to entertain my baby when fussing. This worked for the most part. Only ended up marinating it for the 30 minutes or so. I served it with mexican rice and black bean and corn salsa with chips. Everyone couldn't stop saying how yummy it was!

One of our favorite recipes. Easy to double but I do have to cook it in two batches, so takes a bit longer. I do sometimes add more lime and cilantro than the recipe calls for because we love the combo.

We liked it. I might add more lime next time. It was really good.

I skipped the searing and put right into the oven 450 degrees for 55min. I poured the marinade right over the chix and just Pam/olive oiled the bottom. Stuck some of the marinade under the skin too. This came out delicious! The chicken was moist and the cilantro was not overpowering. We will make it again and again. Thank you.

It’s my go-to recipe. Super easy, quick, and delicious. After my first try I now know to close off the smoke alarm and turn the fan on full blast.

Made this and it is very good. I added chicken stock and thickened the drippings for more gravy. I felt like the drippings were too greasy otherwise.

I never leave reviews like this. But this was a massive hit in our house! I was a rebel and let the chicken cook in the skillet I did 8 1/2 minutes on each side of the thighs on medium high heat and the extra crisp was delicious! I cannot recommend this enough and it’s part of our rotation now!

Absolutely delicious!  I broiled my chicken (skin side up) and then baked an additional 45 minutes instead of searing.  This will definitely  be another family favorite!
