My ketosis is liquifying my fat and I ate these brownies as my midnight snack for the last 65 days and I have lost 8 pounds. I'll call that a win!! If you want a little extra help to your diet, try boiling it!

I loved it. The changes I made. I used splenda and 1/2 C cocoa. I blended in a food processor. It turned out smooth and silky. Scooped it into 20 mounds and froze. It is the best dessert I have had since starting keto a week ago.

I added sweetener . I like my chocolate fairly sweet.

These are terrible! I would rather just eat a scope of the cream cheese and/or oil alone. I added a 0 carb sweetener, which makes them a little better but I suggest just finding a recipe that tastes better from the beginning without you having to try to add things yourself

So nasty without altering the recipe.  I took them out of the freezer and thawed them out so i could add confectioner.  Wish I had read the comments before making.  Fortunately, it was easy to mix in the sweetener after they had thawed.  I added 1/4 cup of swerve confectioner and then sprinkled some additional confectioner on top of each.  Glad I didn't have to waste the ingredients!  Also, there was way too much coconut oil.  Probably could have used half of what the recipe calls for.  These are good but not without adding sweetener.

I added 1/4c of peanut butter and 1/4c of allulose sweetener. Too bitter without.

These completely hit the spot.  I’m glad I ignored the negative reviews because I don’t like overly sweet chocolate.   I wouldn’t change a thing.  Thanks!

Do these need to remain in the freezer or is that only to set them? Can I keep them in the refrigerator after they’ve set?

Keto Fat Bombs

cream cheese, softened to room temperature

Great recipe! I added a bit of erythritol/stevia to my concoction and home made some chocolate to drizzle over top. (Didn't have any keto friendly chips) Fantastic for sure.  Thank you for sharing this!

Excited to give these a try. They were the easiest on-line recipe to make. They're sitting in the freezer now. 1/2 way there!

I added more peanut butter to this recipe, the cream cheese over powerd it too much for my taste. I also added keto or sugar free mini chocolate chips in the dough instead of melting chocolate to drizzle. Made a big difference in texture!

Great recipe but the salt is 100% unnecessary. I also added 1/4 of swerve because the mixture was SO salty. I also recommend cutting the melted chocolate amount in half, it made so much extra.

I made them per the recipe minus the salt. I just poked a couple of chocolate chips in each bomb and they were yummy.

This recipe is okay.... when I made it, it made around 20 balls even though I used a medium cookie scoop. There was also WAY too much chocolate. Not that I don't like chocolate but I was hoping for a drizzle and ended up with them completely coated in an attempt not to waste anything. 

I, personally, am not a huge fan of the texture so I am going to try keeping them in the freezer in the hopes that they'll be more like ice cream. 

Overall, good flavor but prepare to have a higher yield than you expect.

I used a medium cookie scoop and got 16 balls.  The amount of chocolate drizzle from the recipe was enough to completely coat the 16 balls and still have a ton left on the tray. Since the Lily’s chips cost about $8 a bag, save yourself some money and cut the amount in half!!

Cal: 720; Fat: 64g; Net Carbs: 8g; Protein: 32g; Sodium: 220 mg.

1/2 Cup Lily’s Premium Baking Chips Dark Chocolate - Stevia Sweetened - 55% Cocoa
Cal: 300; Fat: 27g; Net Carbs: 12g; Protein: 6g; Sodium: 0 mg.

1/4 Teaspoon Morton’s Coarse Kosher Salt
Cal: 0; Fat: 0; Net Carbs: 0; Protein: 0; Sodium: 480 mg.

Totals:
Cal: 2252; Fat: 219g; Net Carbs: 35; Protein: 53g; Sodium: 1724 mg.

My batch made 20 1 Tablespoon Fat Bombs.  So the results per Fat Bomb.
Cal: 112.6; Fat: 10.95g; Net Carbs: 1.75g; Protein: 2.65g; Sodium: 86.2 mg.

The toughest part for this calculation was counting the Lily’s chips that go into the 1/2 cup as the nutritional data is only per 60 chips.  I hope that this is helpful for others trying to track their macros.

The nutritional info is right above the picture. Very easy to see. These are very good.

I had almond butter on hand to use instead of peanut butter and I also just ditched the salt. Pretty tasty for Keto

(60 grams) Protein Powder

macadamia nuts

Fat Bomb Mold

Heat a saucepan to low heat.

Add the coconut oil and protein powder. Using a spatula stir the ingredients together until you get a smooth white consistency. The mixture will come together in under a minute.

Pour into a silicone mold equally to make ten fat bombs. We poured about 80% of the way up for each fat bomb.

Roughly chop the macadamia nuts and distribute over the 10 fat bombs evenly. Note: Any nut will work!

Optional: sprinkle the fat bombs with a little sea salt to amp up the flavor!

Put the fat bombs in the freezer and allow to set for at least 2 hours.

These can be stored in a ziplock bag in the freezer up to 2 months.

Line a 12-cup muffin pan with aluminum or paper cupcake liners. Paper liners can soak up the healthy oils in this recipe. Set aside. Clear some space in the freezer for this pan—you will need it later.

Add coconut butter to a microwave-safe mixing bowl. Heat in 10-second increments until completely melted.

Add peanut butter and cocoa powder. Whisk until well incorporated and smooth. Optionally, add monkfruit sweetener as recommended, or to taste. I used 30 drops. Whisk until well mixed.

Using a tablespoon, scoop and drop about 2 tablespoons of mixture evenly into each cupcake liner.

Place muffin pan into freezer. Freeze for 15-20 minutes, or until firm. Enjoy! Storing instructions below.

Heavy Whipping Cream

Place  hot  water  in  stand  mixer  bowl.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;

Sprinkle Jello and let it soften for a few minutes.&nbsp; Stir well. If you still see crystals of Jello in it, pour a little more hot water and stir until the crystals are dissolved.&nbsp;

Add  cream  cheese  and  heavy  whipping  cream  and  using  a  whisk  attachment,  slowly  start  to  beat  the  mixture.&nbsp;

Start  on  low  and  then  increase  speed  slowly.  Best  for  4-5  minutes  until  the  mixture  is  fluffy  and  makes  semi-stiff  peaks.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Pour  into  silicone  molds  or  6  cups  and  refrigerate.&nbsp; &nbsp;

Smooth the top with a small teaspoon. Place in the freezer for 20 minutes until relatively hard on top.

For the top: In a separate bowl, mix the melted coconut oil with the erythritol and cocoa powder. Pour on top of the semi-frozen base layer, and freeze until completely set, about 4 hours.

Keto Bagel Fat Bombs

Cream Cheese (softened)

Chives (chopped)

Dill

White Pepper (ground)

Smoked Salmon (chopped)

Salt (to taste)

Everything Seasoning

Place the cream cheese into a mixing bowl and beat with a hand mixer.

Add the chives, dill, and pepper. Beat for 1-2 minutes on medium speed until smooth and fluffy.

Add the smoked salmon and mix well.

Taste and add salt, if needed.

Use a cookie scoop to measure out bite-sized balls, place them onto a lined cookie sheet and chill for 30 minutes.

Place the everything seasoning onto a plate.

Add half of the Heavy Cream and mix for another 2 minutes. Let the bowl sit for 3-5 minutes as erythritol in its granulated form requires a little extra time to dissolve.

Add the other half of the Heavy Cream and mix on medium speed for 3 minutes until the mixture is thick with firm peaks.

Gently spoon the mixture into a piping bag and pipe into mini cupcake liners. Set in the fridge for at least 1 hour before enjoying.

Dissolve gelatin and jello in boiling water.

Add the cream slowly whilst stirring and continue to stir for 1 minute. If you add the cold cream in all at once and don't thoroughly mix, the jellies will split creating a layered affect.

Pour the mixture into candy molds and set in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Enjoy!
