One Sheet Pan Teriyaki Chicken makes the perfect easy weeknight meal. Best of all, this recipe&nbsp;is made entirely on one sheet pan with tender chicken, crispy vegetables and a delicious sweet and tangy Asian sauce.

One Pan Teriyaki Chicken with Vegetables

honey

Tablespoons rice wine vinegar OR apple cider vinegear for keto

Teaspoons sesame oil

garlic

ginger

cornstarch (1 teaspoon xantham gum for keto)

water

salt and black pepper (to taste)

chicken breasts

broccoli florets (about 2 bunches)

carrots

edamame beans

pineapple chunks

green onions and sesame seeds (for garnish)

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, whisk together soy sauce, honey, vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, cornstarch, and water until combined. Bring to a simmer, stirring frequently, until sauce thickens and bubbles. Remove from heat and set aside.

For the Sauce:

Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly coat a large sheet pan with cooking spray or for easier clean-up - line pan with parchment paper or foil, set aside.

Season both sides of chicken breasts with salt and black pepper then drizzle 1-2 spoonfuls of glaze over each piece, coating well on both sides. Reserve at least half of the glaze for later.

Cook in preheated oven about 10 minutes then remove the pan from oven. Top chicken with additional glaze, flip chicken and glaze again.

Arrange the broccoli florets, carrots, edamame and pineapple (if using) in a single layer around the chicken. Season with black pepper and drizzle with ¼ teaspoon of sesame oil and teriyaki glaze and toss to coat. Return to the oven and bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and juices run clear. (If chicken is not done after 20 minutes, remove vegetables from pan first to prevent overcooking then return the chicken back to the oven until cooked through.)

Remove pan from oven, slice chicken into strips and drizzle with remaining sauce. Serve over rice or quinoa and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.

On a large baking sheet, arrange the onion, bell peppers, and chicken sausage. Drizzle with olive oil and season with 1 tablespoon Creole seasoning, or to taste. Using your hands, mix everything together well.

Bake for 8 minutes, or until chicken sausage begins to brown.

While the vegetables and chicken sausage are cooking, place the shrimp in a small bowl. Season with 1 teaspoon Creole seasoning and ½ teaspoon paprika. Stir to coat.

Remove the vegetables and sausage from the oven, and add the seasoned shrimp and diced tomatoes. Mix everything together.

Return everything to the oven for 6 minutes, or until the shrimp is just done.

Remove from the oven and add the cooked rice, mixing everything together well.

Garnish with sliced scallions and serve immediately.

Preheat oven to 425º. In a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil.  Add onions and cook until softened,&nbsp;3 minutes, then add garlic and cook until fragrant, 1 minute more. Season with salt and pepper.&nbsp;

Add ground beef and break up with a wooden spoon. Cook until no pink remains, 6 minutes.&nbsp;Drain fat from skillet and return to heat.

Add cayenne and flour and stir for 1 minute. Pour in broth, then bring to a boil and simmer for 2 minutes. Fold in 1 cup cheese, peas, and corn.

Transfer meat mixture to a&nbsp;9"-x-13" baking dish. Top with remaining 1 cup&nbsp;cheese and scatter tater tots and bacon in a single layer over the beef filling. Bake until cheese is melted and&nbsp;tots are golden, 27 to 30 minutes.

Let rest for 2 to 3 minutes and&nbsp;garnish with scallions before serving.

All of these recipes look wonderful.  They are visually appealing and cannot wait to try them.

I have made the shawarma sheet pan meal and the ratatouille sheet pan meal multiple times.  Both are amazing with LOTS of flavor.  The recipes are both easy to make and come together quickly after a full work day.  I have also made at least 10 other recipes on this site and all of them have been great. (Highly recommend the falafel recipe and making your own pita - so good and so fun.) This is now my go to site to support my efforts to have a more plant based diet. Shakshuka is an incredibly easy baked egg recipe that works just as well for brunch as it does for dinner. Smoky, sweet peppers combine with rich, creamy eggs and tangy yoghurt and salty feta for a completely moreish dish.

This quick and easy Jambalaya is made in one pot and is loaded with a little New Orleans flavor! It’s the perfect gluten-free meal for busy weeknights!

Easy Jambalaya (Gluten-Free)

tbsp vegetable Oil (I used olive)

lb boneless (skinless chicken breasts,

oz andouille sausage

tomato paste

white rice

tomatoes (undrained)

Cajun seasoning

bay leaf

Add oil to a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. When the oil is hot, add the bell pepper, onion, celery and garlic to the pot. Cook until fragrant, about 3 minutes.

Add the chicken, andouille, and tomato paste. Stir the mix with the other ingredients and break up the tomato paste.

Add the white rice and stir until lightly toasted.

Stir in the chicken broth, diced tomatoes, Cajun seasoning, and bay leaf.

Cover, and let it cook over low heat for 30 minutes, or until rice is cooked through and the liquid has been completely absorbed.* Stir every 10 minutes or so to prevent the rice from sticking to the bottom of the pan.

Serve hot!

This one-pan wonder will be the only weeknight dinner you want to make from now.

Puerto Rican Sofrito is put to great use here in this Sofrito Chicken dish for an easy and crazy delicious weeknight dinner.

Sofrito Chicken

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

In a large nonstick, oven-safe pan, heat olive oil over medium-high; swirl to coat. Sprinkle some salt and pepper over the chicken pieces and place in the pan, skin side down. Cook until golden and crisp, 8 minutes.

Flip the chicken over, then add the sofrito, tomato sauce, chicken broth, and wine, swirling to combine.

Transfer pan to oven and bake until chicken is cooked through and an internal temperature of 165 degrees F is reached, about 25 minutes.

Remove pan from oven (careful - handle will be hot!)

Transfer chicken to plates and serve with some of our suggested sides included in the article.

Spoon off excess fat from pan; pour some sauce over chicken and sprinkle with a bit of freshly chopped cilantro. Enjoy!

A great way to use up all those odds and ends from the fridge. Raw root vegetables, leafy veg, cooked leftover vegetables, pasta and rice can all be thrown into the pan. Just make sure they are added in the right order, so raw vegetables that need a bit of cooking go in first, then green vegetables and finally cooked ingredients. Top the cooked soup with any cheese you have handy or spoonfuls of pesto.
