This ultra-delicious peanut butter fudge recipe is beyond easy to make and simply melts in your mouth for an amazing salty-sweet treat.

Peanut Butter Fudge

sugar (420 grams, sifted)

peanut butter (250 grams, smooth

tsp vanilla extract (10 milliliters)

Line an eight inch square dish with foil or parchment paper.

Add the butter and peanut butter to a medium pot then place over medium heat and bring to a boil stirring occasionally.

Bring to a steady boil  then remove from heat and stir in the powdered sugar and vanilla.

Once the sugar is completely stirred in transfer to your prepared dish and smooth with a spatula. Set aside to cool and set (about an hour).

When the fudge has set you can invert onto a  cutting board, remove lining and cut into squares.

Tasted wonderful but didn't get hard enough to cut it into little chunks like in the picture. but still tastes great. made for my dad for christmas just wish it was more candy like like in the picture he requested that i make peanut butter fudge for him and i chose this recipe. I will try freezing them before i give them to him. I followed the recipe but used a hand mixer instead of a wooden spoon so maybe i just whipped it a little too much? Lol.

I was skeptical, having always made fudge the stove top method, but was I ever wrong. This is so very good. I used an all natural peanut butter, so it had less sugar, and it tasted like sweet roasted nuts that just melt in your mouth. And it is so simple to make. Do yourself a favor and try this, you'll be hooked. 

It wasn’t a big deal I couldn’t even finish my piece that’s how sweet it is to much sugar.

Put the butter, brown sugar, and milk in the Instant Pot then set to saute. Stir constantly until the mixture comes to a boil. Once at a boil, let alone to boil for two minutes.

Remove the Instant Pot liner to a protected surface like a stove or cutting board/counter top with an oven mitt underneath. Stir in vanilla and peanut butter until melted.

Add confectioners sugar until combined and smooth. Pour into prepared pan, and allow to completely cool.

Once cooled, remove from pan and cut into roughly 1 1/2&quot; squares.

Add the coconut cream, butter and sweetener to a pot over medium heat and heat until everything melts together and there are no granules of sweetener left.

(7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream

Line 9 inch square pan with foil or parchment with edges extending over the sides.

Brush bottom and sides of the lined pan with melted butter.

Combine sugar, butter or margarine, and evaporated milk in 2 ½ quart sauce pan.

Bring to full rolling boil over medium heat STIRRING CONSTANTLY.

Boil for exactly 4 minutes (set your timer) CONTINUE STIRRING CONSTANTLY.

Add peanut butter chips and marshmallow cream. Stir until combined.

Let the fudge cool and set up before cutting.

To cut pull the fudge out of pan by pulling up on parchment paper or foil that over hangs the edges. 

This is a simple recipe,  but I strongly recommend using the butter instead of margarine! The taste difference is recognizable and as long as you stir it continuously it won't burn!
The only hard part is after adding the peanut butter chips and the marshmallow fluff,  it is hard to stir due to the thickness of the mixture.  Make sure that you stir it long enough to fully incorporate all of the ingredients!
Other than that it is a really good recipe!
