4 Ingredient Blueberry Yogurt Popsicles

Heat the blueberries and honey together in a small saucepan over medium heat. Simmer several minutes until the blueberries start to burst and release their juices. Mash them a little with a fork leaving some berries whole. Remove from heat and cool.

Whisk the yogurt and milk together in a bowl. Use just enough milk to thin the yogurt out to a pourable consistency.

Gently fold the cooled blueberry mixture into the yogurt. To retain a swirly pattern, do not mix it too much (otherwise it will turn purple).

Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Place popsicle sticks into the molds, cover, and freeze for a few hours or overnight until solid. Alternatively, if you don’t have popsicle molds, you can use small paper cups.

To unmold, dip the popsicle molds in warm water and then pull the popsicles out.

Blend cream cheese and yogurt together with a mixer or blender.

Add limeade and sugar or honey. Blend until smooth.

Fold in blueberries and pulse a few times.

In a separate bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with butter.

Spoon blueberry mixture into popsicle molds until half full.

Add 2 teaspoons of graham cracker crumbs to each popsicle.

Finish filling to the top of mold with blueberry mixture.

Close popsicle mold and insert sticks.

Freeze popsicles for at least 4 hours for best results.

Run warm water over mold for a few seconds, then wiggle sticks to release popsicles from mold.

Mix: Mix your ingredients and pour into molds according to the popsicle you want to make:Berry Lemon: Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into molds.Rainbow Fruit: Distribute fruit into molds. Combine coconut water and honey, then pour into molds, tapping on the counter to remove air pockets.Berries and Cream: Puree berries until smooth (add a touch of water or juice if needed to get things moving). Stir together yogurt, honey, and vanilla. Spoon berries and yogurt into molds in alternating layers.Coconut Lime: Stir together all ingredients. Pour into molds.Sneaky Spinach: Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into molds.

Freeze: Insert popsicle sticks and freeze until hard, at least 4 hours.

Unmold: Run mold under warm water for a few seconds to loosen, then remove pops from the molds.

Tropical Fruit Popsicles (No Added Sugar)

At least 4-6 hours before you wish to enjoy your popsicles, add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth and frothy. Taste and adjust, adding more watermelon or coconut water for sweetness or more lime for brightness.

Add the mixture to a popsicle mold (we used this one) and add popsicle sticks. Freeze until firm — about 4-6 hours. To remove from molds, let thaw slightly by setting at room temperature for 10 minutes or dipping mold in warm/hot water to help loosen.

Popsicles will keep in the freezer for 1 month.

Orange Creamsicle Popsicles (JUST 27 CALORIES)

All-Natural Zero Calorie Simple Syrup

orange zest (about 1 orange)

orange juice (about 1 large orange)

Combine

To a medium bowl, combine the yogurt, simple syrup, and zest.

Separate

Add half of the mixed yogurt to a separate bowl and slowly mix in the juice 2 tablespoons at a time.

Fill

To fill each popsicle mold, alternate adding 2 tablespoons orange yogurt, and vanilla yogurt until filled leaving 1/4-inch from the top empty (for expansion during freezing).

Use a butter knife or popsicle stick to gently mix the vanilla yogurt and orange yogurt in each popsicle mold.

Freeze

Insert the popsicle sticks, and freeze for 4 hours, until completely frozen.

These homemade frozen yogurt popsicles are amazing! Turn healthy yogurt into a healthy frozen treat!  Making frozen yogurt popsicles is super easy!

Homemade Frozen Yogurt Popsicles

Mix yogurt with berries or chopped fruits (if using).

Spoon the yogurt into popsicle molds.

Put the popsicle molds in the freezer and freeze until solid (at least 3 hours, I usually freeze them ovenight).

To separate the popsicle from the mold, put it for a few seconds until warm running water.

These mango pineapple popsicles are healthy, refreshing, and super fun to make. It just takes some blending and patience while the popsicles freeze!

These creamy and fruity popsicles are the perfect refreshing treat on a hot summer day.

Vegan Peaches and Cream Dessert Popsicles

cornstarch

In a small bowl, combine cornstarch with 3 tbsp of almond milk, stirring until smooth. Set aside.

In a medium saucepan, combine remainder of almond milk with sugar over medium heat.

Heat to not quite simmering, stirring regularly.

Add in the cornstarch mixture to the hot milk, stirring constantly.

Reduce heat to medium-low and continue heating, stirring constantly until thick. It should 1-2 seconds for the "pudding" to fill back in after a spatula is dragged through.

Remove from heat. Cover with plastic wrap, pressing the wrap to the surface to prevent a skin from forming. Set aside to cool.

Wash and dry the peaches. Cut into slices.

Put peaches in a blender. Pulse into a smooth puree. Add 1-2 tbsp of lemon juice or water as needed.

Pour 1-2 tbsp of puree in the base of each well of a popsicle mold. Add in 2-3 tbsp of pudding mixture. Continue filling the molds with alternating layers of puree and pudding.

Once the molds are filled, tap them on the table to remove any air bubbles.

Using a butter knife, swirl through each of the wells to create a blended pattern.

Place the cover on the popsicle mold if it has one. Place a popsicle stick in the center of each well, leaving about 2 inches of stick exposed.

Freeze for at least 8 hours.

When ready to unmold, fill a pan with hot water. Place the tips of the popsicle mold in the hot water for 10 seconds to make release easier.

Store in individual sealed plastic bags or wrapped in plastic wrap in the freezer for up to 1 month.

Creamy Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Fuge Popsicles

plain Greek yogurt

small-medium ripe bananas

dark, semi-sweet, or milk chocolate, chopped

coconut oil

pretzel crumbs

1. In a blender, blend together the yogurt, peanut butter, bananas, and vanilla. Add a pinch of salt. Blend until completely smooth and creamy. If needed to thin the mix (if it feels too creamy) add 2-4 tablespoons milk.2. Evenly divide the mix between 8 Dixie Cups or popsicle molds. Insert popsicle sticks. Freeze until firm, 4 hours or overnight. Keep in the freezer until ready to eat!3. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in the microwave. Let cool 10 minutes. Remove the pops from the freezers and cover in chocolate, then roll through the pretzel crumbs. Eat or keep in the freezer until ready to eat!

All you need is 4 ingredients and 20 minutes to prep these refreshing and healthy popsicles!

Peaches and Cream Yogurt Popsicles

dairy-free yogurt (ideally plain or vanilla)

1lb peaches (pitted and diced (about 2-3 medium peaches))

honey (more

granola (such as Bob's Red Mill Homestyle Granola)

In a blender, combine 1½ cups of the diced peaches, 1 cup of the yogurt and 2 tablespoons honey. Blend until smooth then set aside.

In a small bowl, stir together the remaining yogurt and 1 tablespoon honey. You may want to use more or less honey depending on whether or not your yogurt is already sweetened. Set aside.

Layer the popsicle molds as follows: 2 tablespoons blended peach yogurt, 1 tablespoon yogurt/honey mixture, 1 tablespoon diced peaches, 1 tablespoon granola. Repeat layers until each mold is full. You should finish with a sprinkle of granola on top (which will end up being the bottom of the popsicle).

Place cover over the mold and insert the popsicle sticks. Freeze for 6 hours or up to overnight. Serve and enjoy!

These 5-ingredient banana pops are sweet and refreshing, with a creamy interior, hard chocolate exterior, and crunchy peanut coating! Made with wholesome real-food ingredients.

Chocolate Covered Peanut Banana Pops

popsicle sticks

peanut butter ((smooth))

tbsp coconut oil (, divided)

chocolate chips

peanuts (, chopped)

Peel the bananas and cut each in half to make 8 banana pops. Insert a popsicle stick into the cut side, going in at least 2 inches, to make a sturdy base for holding.

Place the banana pops on a parchment paper lined cutting board (or tray) sized to fit your freezer. Freeze the banana popsicles for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

Combine the natural peanut butter and 1 tablespoon of the coconut oil in a mason jar, or small bowl, and microwave for 30 seconds. Whisk with a fork to combine the mixture into a runny texture. (If texture is still too thick, pop back in the microwave for 10 to 20 more seconds).

Remove the banana pops from the freezer and dip one in the peanut butter, rolling and tilting the jar as needed to cover about 2/3rds of the bananas. Place back on the parchment lined cutting board and continue this process with all of the bananas. Freeze again for at least 1 hour.

In a separate mason jar or small bowl, microwave the chocolate chips and remaining 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in 30 second increments until melted and smooth. Whisk together with a fork. Keep the chopped peanuts close by for the next step.

Remove the banana pops from the freezer and dip one into the chocolate mixture, rolling and tilting the jar as needed to cover about 2/3rds of the bananas. Place back on the parchment lined cutting board and quickly sprinkle with the chopped peanuts. Continue this process with all of the bananas. When done, freeze again until the chocolate coating has fully hardened, 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Place the ingredients for each smoothie (or smoothie of choice) in a high-speed blender.

Blend ingredients.

Pour the liquid into popsicle molds and freeze for at least four hours (this time will vary depending on your freezer).

To remove the popsicles, run the molds until cold water for 10 seconds, pulling the popsicles away from the molds.
