Combine feta, sour cream, cream cheese and olive oil in the bowl of a food processor. Blend until velvety smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes. Transfer to a serving dish.

Use the back of a spoon to create swirls in the dip, then drizzle with extra olive oil. Serve with cucumber salad, pita wedges and crackers.

Combine cucumber, vinegar, olive oil, sumac, salt and black pepper in a medium bowl. Toss to combine. Stir in herbs. Taste, add more salt or pepper if needed (but remember to go easy on the salt&#8211; the feta dip will add plenty). Serve with whipped feta dip.

I like that the cream cheese is added.  That cuts the sharpness of the feta which seems to have become more acidic over the years.  It may be my taste buds?  But I baked this.  YUM  I used to bake the feta and it melts and is creamy and now the cream cheese added gives it more creaminess and lightness.

Really wonderful and versatile, but it’s smoother with a creamier feta - like the French (Valbreso), Bulgarian, or REAL Greek.  I find the American crumbles too dry and (like Deb) too acidic.  If you use full fat yoghurt and a good feta I don’t think you need the cream cheese, but it can’t hurt!

Make the whipped feta yogurt sauce: add yogurt, feta, olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice and garlic to the bowl of a food processor. Process until smooth and well combined, scraping down the sides as necessary. Add salt and pepper to taste and process once more. Add to a shallow bowl that’s great for dipping.

Make the hot honey by adding honey and red pepper flakes to a small microwaveable bowl. Microwave for 15-30 seconds or until honey is slightly bubbling.

Top the whipped feta yogurt dip with lemon zest, drizzle with the hot honey, sprinkle with toasted sliced almonds and add some fresh torn basil on top. Serve with pita chips. Enjoy!

In the bowl of a large food processor fitted with a blade, combine the feta, Greek yogurt and lemon zest. Blend, and while the processor is running, drizzle olive oil through the top opening, until the feta is whipped to a smooth mixture.

Transfer the whipped feta to a serving plate. With the back of your spoon, smooth the top of the feta, making an indentation in the middle (or a “well”). Pour a bit of olive oil all over the feta, then top with the Aleppo pepper, fresh herbs, and nuts.

Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Feta, ricotta and sour cream should be at room temperature.

Add feta, ricotta and sour cream to a food processor. Season with salt and pepper. Blend on high until smooth, about 2-3 minutes. Taste, add salt and pepper.

In a saucepan, heat olive oil over low. Add garlic, sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Turn off the heat. Stir in honey, lemon juice and chili flakes. Season with salt and pepper.
