Separate the stems from the leaves, I just used a knife to cut the stem off.
Step 2
Place the bok choy into a small bowl and then wash it well.
Step 3
Then after the bok choy is washed, add the oyster sauce, chicken broth, peanut oil, minced garlic, and salt. Making sure that the leaves are well coated.
Step 4
Set the bok choy into the air fryer basket, and set the cooking time for 5-8 minutes at 400 degrees F, using the air fryer setting.
Step 5
Toss the bok choy every few minutes. So it doesn't char.
Step 6
Plate, serve and enjoy!
