If your salmon is frozen let thaw completely and pat dry

Sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper

In a small bowl whisk together mustard, honey, oil and dill

Spread half of the honey-mustard sauce on the salmon
Step 5
Put the salmon into the basket of your airfryer and fry on 350° for 8 minutes (note 2)

Use the second half of the sauce for serving

You can use dry dill but then use only 1 tbsp. If you substitute with frozen dill keep the same amount as stated above.

Depending on the thickness of your salmon you might need to cook 1-2 minutes more or less. I used the thicker end of a fresh salmon, that was a good inch on the thickest part. It was very juicy after the 8 minutes. If you like it more transluscent, cook it a minute less.

Can I make this ahead? You can marinate the salmon ahead and keep it in the fridge for up to one, tightly covered. But I would recommend cooking it a la minute to have the best experience.

Can I make more? Yes, that´s no problem. Just double the amounts and cook it in two or three badges or in the oven. Preheat the oven before.
