Export 5 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Slice the potatoes into 6-10 wedges depending on your preferred thickness.
Step 2
Place the potato wedges in a large bowl with water to soak for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Drain the potato wedges and pat them dry. Then add to a large bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and dried dill.
Step 4
Arrange the potato wedges in the air fryer basket (be sure not to overlap the wedges too much for more even cooking).
Step 5
Cook for 17-20 minutes at 400 degrees, removing the basket halfway through to flip the wedges and arrange evenly again (they get tossed around in the air fryer while cooking).
Step 6
Remove the air fryer basket when the cooking time is done and transfer the wedges to a plate and enjoy while hot with your favourite dips.
