Ingredients: 1 cup butter, softened; 1/3 cup finely chopped dried cranberries; 1/4 cup honey; 2 teaspoons grated orange zest; 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt

In a small bowl, beat all ingredients until blended. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks or freeze up to 3 months.

An absolute Thanksgiving hit with all who tried it tonight.  Very easy to make, just be aware that it makes quite a bit.  We had it on a few loaves of fresh baked baguette with plenty of leftover even after serving 10 people.

This is so easy and so delicious. It makes any meal a little more special. I have made this using cranberries as well as cherries.

In prepping for Thanksgiving I made the butter a few days ahead of schedule. It was so easy to to prepare. I tried a tablespoon on fresh bread  before having to put it away until TG. It is really good. I do however think it is too much orange rind. The orange over powered the other flavors. I will make it again, but I will use only 1 teaspoon of the rind. Since I used salted butter, I omitted the salt.

Made this recipe at Thanksgiving. Everyone loved it so I quadrupled the recipe for Christmas. Instead of jarring, I used a silicon mold with Christmas Tree shapes. Plan on serving the "trees" on the buffet table.

My Nephew-in-Law makes homemade sourdough bread every year for the holidays ... when I saw this recipe I just had to try it!  I followed the recipe exactly ..... and it was amazing!!  The perfect compliment to Brandon's beautiful homemade bread!  The cranberries add that special holiday touch.  I will be making this again very soon for our Christmas meal as well as every holiday meal from now on .....

My suggestion, make your own butter!!!!!  It tastes so much better than if you use store bought (unless you're using Kerrygold-best tasting store bought butter.  Homemade butter is easy.  Put about 2 cups of heavy whipping cream in  food processor.  You'll end up blending for maybe 5 minutes, it will first turn into a whipped cream... keep going!  soon it will start to harden and the buttermilk will separate from the  actual butter.  i use the buttermilk and make biscuits with it and i tried them with this butter and it was heaven!!!!     I make a lot of my own butter because its unbeatable, you can also try many easy recipes like a garlic, rosemary, italian herb, sea salt truffle,  I've even mixed strawberries in with some cream cheese.  So many options.  But this recipe will be my gifts this year to the ones I love.

I make this every Thanksgiving. It is a HUGE hit and everyone asks for the recipe. It keeps a very long time as well.

Flavored butters make any muffin or bread special.  This is one has a great flavor.  But I agree with another review to make ahead and let the flavors meld together.

Delicious!  I used 1/8 cup combo of regular and hot honey.  I had a little left after packaging in decorative containers so I used it in my butternut/rutabaga mash.  Wow!!!

I LOVE this! It didn't last long here. I made it with my own homemade butter. The glass jars you use are so cute. Where did you get them? I have decided to make this and give it as gifts with my sweet breads this year. Those jars would be perfect!

Very good, but needed overnight in the refrigerator for the favors to come out.
