Step 1

Shred the cucumber and leave aside for 15 minutes.

Step 2

In a separate bowl whisk the yogurt until smooth.

Step 3

Squeeze the juice out of the cucumber into the yogurt.

Step 4

Add the minced mint leaves.

Step 5

Add minced garlic. This is optional for those who aren't a fan of garlic.

Step 6

Add cumin powder.

Step 7

Add salt to taste.

Serve in a bowl garnished with olive oil and paprika.
