1: Fazuľu necháme namočenú celú noc. Na druhý deň ju uvaríme v slanej vode do mäkka. Scedíme. Nadrobno pokrájanú cibuľu speníme na oleji a pridáme múku spolu s červenou paprikou. Vmiešame pokrájané paradajky, fazuľu a premiešame to s postrúhaným chrenom. Necháme krátko povariť. Po odstavení nakoniec posypeme pažítkou.
