This Slow Cooker Spinach Artichoke Dip recipe is rich and creamy, full of great flavors, and extra-easy to make in the crockpot!

Slow Cooker Spinach Artichoke Dip

(10-ounce) bag fresh baby spinach, roughly chopped

artichoke hearts, chopped and drained

(8-ounce) brick low-fat cream cheese,

sour cream yogurt

Mozzarella cheese

Parmesan cheese

finely-chopped white or red onion

garlic,

black pepper

fine sea salt

Combine all ingredients.  

Add all of the ingredients to the bowl of a small slow-cooker and toss briefly to combine.

Slow cook. 

Cover and cook* on low for 2-3 hours or on high for 1 hour, until the cheese is completely melted.

Stir and season. 

Stir the dip until evenly combined.  Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.

Serve. 

Serve warm, accompanied with whatever dippers you prefer.

Make it every time i have people over and it is a total hit.

Made this tonight in my 8 quart slow cooker. Followed recipe except I added 5oz of crumbled feta cheese and I did not add salt or pepper. Also added 2 more cups of mozzarella. Came out SO creamy and cheesy. We all loved it and will be making again, so much better than a restaurant! I cooked on low for 2hrs and it was done. I also used 1tsp of minced garlic in the jar instead of 4 cloves.

Great tasting spinach dip, we preferred using the frozen spinach over the fresh .. have made this on a few faimly  special gathering’s …. It’s always a hit

Little to no flavor.  Used yogurt.  Big mistake.  It curdled.  Yuck.  Had to throw this one away.  Followed the recipe exactly.

My only suggestion would be to use a bit less sour cream. As I could taste it when the dip was done. I used 1 1/2 C mozzarella and 1 C shaved Parmesan….nice and creamy! Will make again with less sour cream.

I always use frozen spinach and it still comes out great. I’ve added chopped bacon and shrimp and it was amazing!! The recipe is perfect and easy to modify- it’s become a go-to.

Made this last night and last minute for a girls pool party get together. I used directions from another site to cook in the oven, 375 for 25-30 mins, with pre -cooked spinach and used stand mixer to beat cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic untill fluffy.  It all fit in an 8x8 glass pan for the oven. It was delicious! I knew I wanted your ingredients as you always have amazing flavors! I'm looking forward to trying it with the Crock-Pot and much less prep!

I loved this recipe. ive already made it several times with a few changes. 1, i used the sour cream instead of yogurt after reading the comments. 1,  i just used frozen spinach. i thawed it out but that was it. i didnt drain it or anything. and i sauted the onions in butter and the garlic before adding them to the mix. i think it made a huge difference cause im not one for raw onions but i loved grilled onions. i loved this recipt and it will be my go to when i have parties or gatherings.
