Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees F

Whip egg whites with mixer until big bubbles form

Add sugar

Step 4

Whip egg whites and sugar until small bubbles form

Add cornstarch

Step 6

Whip egg whites until stiff peaks form

Step 7

Pour egg white mixture onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet and form into a loaf or mound.

Step 8

Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
