I am glad I read the reviews before making this dish. Most reviews said it was really bland so i doubled on the garlic, added more cheese, added lemon pepper seasoning and went heavy with the salt and pepper.
I used bone in skin on chicken thighs, seared for 3 minutes each side and cooked on high for 2 hours and it was perfect. Potatoes were fully cooked and chicken was falling off the bone.

Well this is the first time I have ever needed to change a recipe but I read the reviews after I bought all the ingredients. I added fresh rosemary, more garlic and 1cup of chicken broth. I cooked for 4 hours on low and then 2 hours on high. It was delicious!!! Everyone loved it. Giving 5 stars but that would be with the changes.

FYI- 15 minutes in the pressure cooker will give you the same great results 👍🏼 I use chicken tenderloins.

Come on, the video is very different from the printed instructions. The cook time is two hours more, you're putting way more ingredients in, and you're pouring something on it after it's done, and it's not shredded parm. Frustrating for inexperienced cooks...

I never write reviews but after seeing so many bad ones I almost didn’t make this, and I’m so glad I did because it was really good. I did make a few changes based on the reviews—doubled the Parmesan, cooked the garlic and about half an onion until the onion softened before adding them to the potatoes, and added the juice of one lemon for some acid. I used boneless, skinless thighs and cooked it for 2 hours on high and 1.5 hours on low, and even then it was ready 45 minutes early. I was also very generous with the seasonings. I almost added chicken broth but was glad I didn’t—the end result was plenty liquidy. I served it with Parmesan roasted squash, zucchini and tomatoes, and it was terrific. I really don’t understand the bad reviews.

I would use chicken broth in the slow cooker  Sauteed my chicken in grape seed...  I do agree with doubling the garlic and I also added onion powder... And just to kick it up a notch I added smoky ranchero to season the chicken... I also garnished with shredded mozzarella it was very flavorful.

This doesn't say how much parsley to use.

I enjoyed this recipe first time I made it but switched to chicken breast uped the garlic and seasoned chicken with seasoning salt and added a small amount of water second time perfect

Loved it! I have all-in-one cooker so I use it to sear the chicken and then to slow cook. I cook on high for 2 hours (thanks for people pointing it one in the comments!). Chicken juices make potatoes perfect and it's definitely never turned out bland for me!

Bland dry chicken!  My family liked the potatoes but I thought they were just okay. I will shred the chicken and serve it over salad for tomorrow’s dinner. I tried melting some mozzarella over the chicken and it still wasn’t great. Will not make again. It was edible, I will give it that. I tried the beef and broccoli recipe on this site and it was fabulous!

This was pretty awful. It's bland and the potatoes and chicken are way overcooked. I could have done better in 1/4 the time by doing this on a sheet pan in the oven.

I added about half a bottle of the Olive Garden Italian dressing into it and it was amazing.

Just awful! Used chicken  breasts, got worried so I added a cup of water before I left for the day. Cooked on low for 8 hrs ( like the directions say) and it was soon dry. Not even the potatoes were good. Big fail!

Slow-Cooker Garlic Parm Chicken = Weeknight Warrior

Low-fat chicken breast slices cooked in a creamy garlic cheese sauce with fresh mushrooms.

chicken breast (boneless)

g Knorr SavorRich Chicken

mushroom (sliced)

Parmesan cheese (grated)

garlic (minced)

all-purpose flour

milk

butter

cooking oil

Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken with Mushrooms

Slice the boneless chicken breast into thin pieces. Brush Knorr savorRich chicken seasoning all over the chicken. Let it stay for 15 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan. Fry the chicken for 4 1.2 minutes per side. Transfer the chicken to a plate afterwards. Set aside.

Start to make the creamy sauce by melting butter on the same pan the chicken was cooked. Saute mushrooms for 2 minutes. Add garlic and continue to cook for 30 seconds.

Gradually add all-purpose flour. Continuously stir until lumps form.

Slowly pour around ¾ of the total milk amount. Stir until the cream sauce becomes smooth. Add Parmesan cheese. Stir.

Pour remaining milk while stirring. Season with ground black pepper.

Put the chicken back into the pan. Cover and cook between low to medium heat for 3 minutes.

Transfer to a serving plate. Serve with your favorite side.

Sesame Oil

Garlic (finely chopped)

Chicken Thighs (thinly sliced)

Salt

Pepper

Broccolini (sliced)

Butter

Pak Choy (roughly chopped)

Sesame Seeds

Place a large non-stick frying pan or wok over high heat.

Add the oil and garlic. Saute for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

Add the chicken, salt, and pepper. Saute until the chicken is browned, then add the broccolini and butter.

Cook for 5 minutes, until the broccolini has softened.

Add the pak choy and tamari sauce and saute until the greens are just cooked (and still a little crunchy).

Serve the stir fry sprinkled with sesame seeds.

One of my favorite chicken recipes! You get perfectly tender chicken with gorgeously golden brown, crispy skin that's infused with fresh herb flavor. And it's served over a blanket of lemony pan sauce and paired with an abundance of roasted garlic cloves. This is how you do chicken dinners!

Roasted Chicken Thighs with Garlic

olive oil

Tbsp butter

garlic cloves, (peeled (from 2 heads))

Salt and black pepper

bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs, (trimmed of excess skin)

tsp rosemary

tsp finely minced fresh thyme

cornstarch

chicken broth

lemon juice

parsley

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Heat olive oil and butter in a large oven-proof skillet or saute pan over medium heat.&nbsp;

Add garlic and cook, turning occasionally until lightly browned, about 3 - 5 minutes. Transfer garlic to a plate, leave oil in pan.&nbsp;

Dab skin side of chicken thighs well with paper towels to dry. Season both sides of chicken with salt and pepper.&nbsp;

Increase burner heat to medium-high and add chicken to skillet, skin side down (cover pan with a splatter screen if you have one). Cook until browned, about 5 - 6 minutes, then remove from heat.&nbsp;

Season chicken thighs with 1 tsp each thyme an rosemary, then flip so skin side is upright and season with 1 tsp each thyme and rosemary.

Scatter garlic cloves around chicken. Roast in preheated oven until skin is crispy and center registers 165, about 20 minutes.&nbsp;

In a small bowl whisk together chicken broth and cornstarch. Transfer chicken and garlic to a plate, then bring drippings in skillet to a simmer over medium heat.&nbsp;

Add broth mixture to drippings, and cook whisking constantly, 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice.

Add some of the pan sauce to individual plates then top with a chicken and garlic cloves. Sprinkle with parsley.

Garlic Thyme Chicken Thighs with a flavorful gravy - baked chicken recipe.&nbsp; Takes only 35 minutes from start to finish.&nbsp; &nbsp;Use bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs and 20 garlic cloves.&nbsp;

Garlic Thyme Chicken Thighs

chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)

garlic ((2 full heads, separated and peeled))

flour

thyme leaves

Heat the oven to 400° F.

In an oven-safe braiser pan or big, oven-safe skillet with a lid, heat olive oil over medium high heat. Season the chicken thighs generously with salt and pepper. Cook the chicken thighs skin side down on medium-high heat until well browned, for about 5 minutes, then flip the chicken thighs skin side up and cook for another 3 minutes.  Remove the chicken thighs to a plate.

Brown chicken thighs to golden crust

Reduce the heat to medium, add the garlic to the same skillet, and cook, occasionally turning, until garlic starts to brown, 3 or 4 minutes.&nbsp;

Cook garlic

Return the chicken to the braiser pan, cover with the lid or aluminum foil, and bake for 15 minutes in the pre-heated oven at 400 F.

Bake chicken thighs

Remove the pan from the oven and put it on a stove top - the pan will be very hot, be sure not to touch it, including the lid.&nbsp;

Remove the chicken thighs and garlic from the pan to a plate.&nbsp;

Remove all but 2 tablespoons of oil from the pan.&nbsp;

Over medium heat, whisk in the 2 tablespoons of flour in the 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan.&nbsp;

Over medium-high heat, gradually whisk in the chicken broth and fresh thyme leaves for 1 or 2 minutes, until the sauce thickens.&nbsp;

Remove the pan from the heat, and season the sauce with salt and pepper.&nbsp;

Add the roasted garlic and chicken thighs back to the pan to reheat the chicken.

Easy, flavor-packed garlic Dijon chicken is the perfect weeknight meal.

Garlic Dijon Chicken Recipe 

1.5 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs (8 pieces)

yellow onion,

Private Reserve Greek extra virgin olive oil

Dijon Mustard

honey

garlic cloves,

tsp coriander

tsp sweet paprika

tsp black pepper

cayenne pepper (optional)

Take chicken out of the fridge. Pat dry and season on both sides with salt. Set aside for a few minutes.

Make the honey garlic Dijon sauce. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic, spices, and salt. Mix.

Add chicken to the honey garlic Dijon sauce. Coat each piece well with the sauce, then transfer chicken to a large  lightly-oiled cast iron skillet (or baking sheet). Pour any Dijon sauce left in bowl on top. Add the onions.

Bake in heated oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until chicken thighs are fully cooked through (internal temperature should register 165 degrees F)

Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot with Lebanese Rice and loaded Balela salad or this simple 3-ingredient Mediterranean salad (see additional suggestions above)

Easy Garlic Dijon Chicken | The Mediterranean Dish

Tender chicken breasts smothered in a mouthwatering creamy garlic sauce!

Creamy Garlic Sauce Chicken Recipe

(1 pound altogether) boneless, (skinless chicken breasts)

cooking spray

parmesan cheese

salt and fresh ground pepper, (to taste)

Italian Seasoning

basil

sweet paprika

butter, (divided)

garlic

heavy cream

fresh chopped parsley, (for garnish)

Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of 1-inch.  Generously spray each chicken breast with cooking spray; set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine cheese, salt, pepper, Italian Seasoning, basil, parsley, and sweet paprika.  Take the seasoning mixture and rub it all over the chicken breasts.

Heat olive oil with 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.  Add chicken to the hot oil and cook for 5 minutes; flip and continue to cook for 5 more minutes, or until golden brown.  Remove chicken from pan; set aside and keep covered.

Reduce heat to medium and add the remaining butter; let it melt.  Stir in the garlic cloves and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, or until they are lightly browned on the outside. Stir often so you do not burn the garlic.

Add chicken broth or wine to the skillet and let cook for 3 minutes, or until the liquid has reduced.

Stir in the heavy cream and add chicken back into the skillet.  Cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the sauce is reduced and chicken is cooked through.

Remove from heat.  Garnish with fresh parsley, and serve.

My major disappointed was not the recipes fault.  I really don't enjoy chicken breast.  I'll try it again with thighs. I followed the other reviewers advice and cut back on the rosemary.  I regret that.  I love rosemary so for me two springs was not enough.  I will try this recipe again!

I made this and it turned out delicious!!! I added a bit of cornstarch to the sauce to thicken it up, but otherwise was perfect!!

This was delicious. I think I could’ve cooked the garlic for a shorter amount of time. Either way, this was a hit in our house.

Very good!  The roasted garlic is a must. Try to use cremini mushrooms (the flavor goes well with these ingredients) I would cut the fresh rosemary to one sprig.  The rosemary was way too strong and overpowered the dish.  Otherwise, very good.  Will make again.
