Strawberry Jello Mold is a fun way and delicious way to serve jello salad. The jello is set in a bundt pan &amp; has two layers, fresh strawberries in jello and a creamy sweet jello bottom layer! Perfect way to serve a fancy jello treat!

Strawberry Jello Mold

6 oz pkg strawberry Jello

water (divided)

strawberries (sliced)

sweetened condensed milk

ice water in a large bowl

Prepare bundt pan by spraying it with non-stick spray. Set aside.

Dissolve 2 pkgs of jello into 4 cups boiling water.&nbsp;Add 2 cups cold water to the Jello.

Set the bowl with the Jello into a larger bowl filled with ice water.&nbsp;Stir the jello for 30 minutes until it becomes a hair gel like consistency.

Stir in the sliced strawberries and pour into the prepared bundt mold. Chill in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.

While the Jello is in the fridge, dissolve the last pkg of Jello into 1 cup of boiling water.&nbsp;Add the remaining 1 cup of cold water to the Jello mixture once the powdered has been dissolved.

Stir in the entire can of sweetened condensed milk and let the mixture come to room temperature, about 15 minutes.&nbsp;

Check the Jello in the fridge, it should be firm to the touch. Carefully pour the creamy Jello onto the fruit jello in the bundt pan.&nbsp;

Let the Jello sit in the refrigerator overnight.&nbsp;

When removing the jello from the mold, place a large plate on top of the bundt pan and flip in one swift movement.&nbsp;If the jello seems to be having a hard time coming out of the mold, heat the bundt pan mold slightly by either using a hair dryer or dipping the mold into hot water and flipping again.

Add in the cottage cheese, mandarin oranges and mini marshmallows and gently fold in until mixture is combined.

You can enjoy right away or chill covered in the fridge until ready to serve. The flavors tend to blend better after it's been chilled for at least 1 hour.

Lime Gelatin ((3 oz))

Lemon Gelatin ((3 oz))

Grease a bundt pan or gelatin mold and set aside.

In a medium bowl, combine orange gelatin mix and 1 cup of boiling water.

Stir to dissolve.

Add 12 ounces of ice cream and stir until blended.

Add to mold and refrigerate for 15 minutes until the top is slightly set.

In a medium bowl, combine lime gelatin mix and 1 cup of boiling water.

Gently add to mold and refrigerate for 15 minutes until the top is slightly set.

Repeat with the remaining 2 layers and refrigerate 4 hours before serving.

Loosen edges with a butter knife to aid release.

Creamy Lime Jello Salad

Using a stand mixer (or a hand mixer + large bowl), whip cream cheese and powdered lime jello on medium-high speed until thoroughly combined, about 5-8 minutes. Remove bowl from mixer.

Boil 3 cups of water, then pour boiling water into the bowl with the cream cheese. Use a spatula to stir until the jello has dissolved and cream cheese has melted.

Transfer bowl to the refrigerator and chill for 1-2 hours, stirring frequently, until consistency has slightly thickened. Mixture is ready once a ring starts to form along the edges of the bowl.

Remove bowl from refrigerator. Add mayonnaise, fruit cocktail, and chopped pecans to bowl, then stir thoroughly until mayonnaise has dissolved into the liquid.

Spray a 16 cup bundt pan (standard bundt pan size) with cooking spray, then pour the jello salad mixture inside. Use a spatula to smooth out the top so that there aren't any producing pieces of pecans or fruit.

Place bundt pan in the refrigerator and chill until jello is completely set, usually anywhere from 3-5 hours. For best results, let jello set overnight.

When ready to serve, remove bundt pan from refrigerator. Place a serving dish over the top of the bundt pan, then hold the plate in place while flipping the bundt pan over (so that the bundt pan ends up on top of the plate). If the jello doesn't immediately fall out, lift the bundt pan up about 1 inch and gently shake downwards; jello should quickly fall out.

Creamy jello salad can be served immediately or stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.

Dissolve the jello in the boiling water. Stir well.

Add the softened cream cheese to the hot Jello. Use a hand mixer to mix until the cream cheese has melted in.

Add the 7up and stir.

Chill for 60-90 minutes or until partially set.

Prepare Dream Whip according to the package directions.

Mix the Dream Whip into the Jello.

Stir in the drained pineapple.

Pour into a 3 quart baking dish and chill until firm (at least 3 hours, depending on pan size and depth).

Pour 2 cups of the soda into a small bowl and microwave until nearly boiling, 2-3 minutes.

Best Strawberry Pretzel Salad (Dessert!)

granulated sugar (+ 1 tb, divided)

whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Set out a 9 x 13 inch baking dish and a mixing bowl. Grease the baking dish and set aside. In the bowl, mix the strawberry jello with 2 cups boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved. Set aside to cool to room temperature.

Meanwhile, crush enough pretzels to fill 2 cups. You can chop them, place them in a zip bag and beat them with a rolling pin, to quickly pulse them in a food processor. Then chop the pecans.

Place the crushed pretzels, chopped pecans, ¼ cup + 1 tb sugar in the baking dish. Pour the melted butter over the top, then toss well to coat the pretzels. Press the pretzel mixture into a tight even layer and bake for 10 minutes.

Set out a clean mixing bowl. Use an electric hand mixer to beat the cream cheese  with the remaining ½ cup sugar, until light and fluffy.  Gently fold in whipped topping until completely smooth and even. Set aside.

Trim the tops off the strawberries, then thinly slice. Separate out one-third of the strawberry slices and finely dice (to fill in the cracks.) Then mix all the berries together.

Once the pretzel layer has cooled to room temperature, spread the cream cheese filling over it, in an even layer. Spoon the fresh sliced (and diced) strawberries evenly over the cream layer.

Pour the cooled strawberry jello mixture over the fresh strawberry layer. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO USE IT ALL. I usually pour about three-quarters of the liquid jello over the berries, so they are all completely coated in jello, but not floating in it. This creates a better berry-to-jello ratio, in my humble opinion. (It’s a matter of personal preference, so use as much of the jello as you like.)

Refrigerate until the jello is set, usually 2-3 hours. Cut and serve cold.

Drain the peach juice into a small cup and set aside, then dice peach slices.

Add jello and boiling water to a large bowl and whisk until dissolved. Whisk in peach juice and refrigerate until mixture begins to thicken (about 10 minutes).

Mix in vanilla or almond extract into the cool whip, then fold into the bowl of jello along with the diced peaches.

Transfer mixture to the prepared dish and chill for a minimum of 4 hours. Serve chilled with additional fruit for garnish.
