NINJA WOODFIRE OUTDOOR GRILL SMOKED PULLED PORK!  I&#039;m going to show you how to smoke, braise and pull some amazing pork shoulder to make some awesome pulled pork sandwiches.  This is so easy, I know it will become a staple in your cooks on the new Ninja Woodfire Outdoor Grill!

Ninja Woodfire Grill Smoked Pulled Pork Recipe

lbs Pork Shoulder (Any where from 5-7lbs will work.)

tbsps BBQ Seasoning

oz Pineapple Juice

BBQ Sauce

tbsp Sriracha ((optional))

Season pork shoulder liberally on all sideswith BBQ rub.

Add pellets to NWG pellet hopper.

Set NWG to smoker setting at 250F (121C).You can leave the default time as is.

Hit the start button and let NWG gothrough the ignition process.

Add the shoulder to the NWG, shut lid andsmoke until internal temperatures hit 165-170F (73-76).

Remove the shoulder from NWG, add tofoil.

Pour the pineapple juice, BBQ or Teriyakisauce, and sriracha over and around theshoulder.

Wrap the foil tightly around the shoulderso that there are no leaks.

Add the thermometer back to theshoulder through the foil and place it backin the NWG.

Turn the NWG to Bake setting at 350F(176C) and set the time to 2:00.

Cook the shoulder until the internaltemperature hits 205-210F (96-99C) and itis probing tender.

Remove shoulder from the NWG and letrest for 1 hour.

Shred the shoulder to bite sized pieces init&#39;s juices.

Serve on a bun or eat as is and enjoy!

NINJA WOODFIRE OUTDOOR GRILL SMOKED PULLED PORK! Ninja Woodfire Grill Recipes!

NINJA WOODFIRE GRILL TOMAHAWK STEAKS!  On this video, I take you through all of the steps to reverse sear an amazing steak!  From the dry brine, to the binder, seasoning, smoking and searing!  This is the perfect process to make a perfect steak!

Ninja Woodfire Grill Tomahawk Ribeye Steak Recipe

Tomahawk Ribeye Steaks. (These steps can be used

tbsp BBQ Seasoning.

Kosher salt.

tbsp Olive Oil

24 hours prior to cook:-Dust the steaks with kosher salt.-Set them on a rack on a tray and place inrefrigerator uncovered overnight.

Day of the cook:Rub steaks down with olive oil, seasonwith BBQ Rub and add your thermometerinto the thickest part of the steak.

Add the steaks to the grill and shut the lid.

Smoke the steaks until they hit 110-115F(43-46C) internal temperature.

Remove steaks from the NWG.

Move dial on NWG to Grill setting High at10 minutes, hit start and let it run throughthe pre-heat process.

Add the steaks back on the grill and searboth sides. Flipping every 1 minute or sountil the internal temperature hits 130F(54C) in the thickest part for medium rare.

Remove from the NWG and let rest for 10-15 minutes.

Slice steaks and enjoy!

NINJA WOODFIRE GRILL TOMAHAWK STEAKS! Reverse Seared to Perfection!

This sweet and smoke treat is perfect for you Ninja Woodfire Grill.  Add a little vanilla ice cream when you serve it up and it&#039;ll be a family favorite!

Ninja Woodfire Grill Apple Crisp Dessert Recipe

Apples diced into 1/2 inch chunks.

tbsp Fresh lemon juice.

tsp Vanilla.

tbsp Brown sugar.

tsp Cinnamon.

tbsp Corn starch.

tsp Kosher salt.

All purpose flour.

Brown Sugar.

tsp Grated nutmeg.

Unsalted butter. (Cold and diced.)

For the filling, in a medium sized bowl, mixapples with lemon juice, vanilla, brownsugar, cinnamon, cornstarch, and salt untilthe apples are completely coated.

Butter an 8 x 8 baking dish.

Pour the apple filling into the baking dish.

For the topping, in a separate bowl, whisktogether the flour, brown sugar,cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.

Add the cold cubed butter to the drytopping and use your hands to mix untilthe butter and dry topping come togetherin a pebbly, crumble texture mixture.

Add a third of the topping over the applefilling and mix with the filling slightly.

Sprinkle the remaining topping over theapple filling.

Add a 1⁄2 cup of the all-purpose blend ofpellets to the Woodfire Grill pellet hopper.

Set the Woodfire Grill to the Air Crisp andWoodfire Technology setting for 45minutes and set to 325 degreesFahrenheit.

Let the Woodfire Grill Cycle through thepreheating and pellet ignition.

Once the Woodfire Grill states to ADDFOOD, place your dish onto the grill grateand close the lid.

Air Crisp for 40 to 45 minutes, until thestreusel topping is a dark golden brown.

Remove dish from the Woodfire Grill andlet rest for 10 to 15 minutes beforeserving.

Serve with vanilla ice cream and enjoy!

We&#039;re smoking some beef short ribs on our Ninja Woodfire Outdoor Grill today.  Just some BBQ seasoning and lots of smoke and we turn these short ribs into something that rivals any BBQ joint!  Give these a try and thank me later!

Ninja Woodfire Grill Smoked Beef Short Ribs

lbs Beef short ribs

Olive oil

tbsp BBQ Seasoning

Rub short ribs with olive oil, then season the short ribs with BBQ rub.

Set NWG to smoker setting at 250F (121C). You can leave the default time as is.

Hit the start button and let NWG go through the ignition process.

Add short ribs to NWG, shut lid and start smoking the short ribs.

Check on the short ribs every 30 minutes to make sure they’re not drying out, spitz with water if they appear dry.

Smoke the short ribs for 1 hour. After that hour add another cup of pellets to hopper. Press and hold the Woodfire button for 3 seconds to restart the pellet burn process.

Continue cooking until the internal temperatures of the short ribs hit 205-210F (96-99C) and they are probing tender.

Remove short ribs from NWG and enjoy!

SMOKED BEEF SHORT RIBS ON THE NINJA WOODFIRE GRILL!  Ninja Woodfire Grill Recipes!

Crispy, smoky wings smothered in a whisky-infused sauce? You bet! That&#39;s what these tasty wings are all about, and the best part is that they&#39;re ready in about 20 minutes!

Ninja Woodfire Grill Smoky Wings with Jack Daniel's BBQ Sauce

chicken wings (split, tips removed)

salt and pepper

olive oil

onion

garlic (minced)

ketchup

tomatoes

molasses

apple cider vinegar

dark brown sugar (packed)

worcesterhire sauce

Jack Daniel's Whiskey

Split the chicken wings and discard the tips.

Season the wings with salt and pepper and set aside.

Preheat the Ninja Woodfire Grill to the grill setting on high, and when ready, add the chicken wings in a single layer.

Cook the wings on high for 5-6 minutes, then flip and continue cooking until they reach 165F on a digital meat thermometer.

Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.

Add the onion and sauté until translucent, about 6 minutes, then add the garlic and cook 1 more minute.

Add the ketchup, crushed tomatoes, molasses, vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and whiskey and simmer, stirring frequently, about 15 minutes.

Transfer to a blender or food processor and pulse until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

To make the sauce

Toss the hot wings with sauce and serve with additional sauce for dipping.

To finish the wings

I'm surprised you didn't smoke the wings.  I set the grill on Air Fry and infuse with smoke.  I have a Memphis dry rub and the wings turn out so good they are better without sauce.
Your bbq sauce is very good though.

These were delicious!  They were so quick and easy to make and that sauce, wow so flavorful!

This chicken recipe is so brilliant! The chicken was cooked perfectly and the Jack Daniel's BBQ Sauce is a winner. So addicting! Finger licking good!

I've been eating a lot of wings lately, and I can't get enough of Ninja Woodfire Grill's Jack Daniel's BBQ Sauce. It's smoky, delicious, and perfect for any wing lover.

These wings are the definition of finger licking good. If I have sauce left on my plate I mop it all up with my veggies or whatever other sides I have. This has quickly become one of our favorite things to prepare when we're having family dinner on our back porch on Sundays.

THIS IS THE BEST SMOKED MEATLOAF RECIPE!  Done in the Ninja Woodfire Outdoor Grill! Sometimes the simplest ingredients make the best meals and this meatloaf recipe is proof of that!  I used my Ninja Woofire Grill to make this recipe, but it can be done on any smoker or grill.

Ninja Woodfire Grill Smoked Meatloaf Recipe

lbs Ground beef.

needs

Eggs.

minced shallot.

tbsp BBQ Sauce.

In a large bowl, mix ground beef, eggs, stuffing, shallots, and BBQ rub. Continue to mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Form the mix into a loaf, either on a pan or using the Griddle plate attachment for the NWG (sold separately).

Lightly season the outside of the loaf using the BBQ Rub and add your thermometer into the middle of the loaf.

Set NWG to smoker setting at 300F (149C). You can leave the default time as is.

Add the loaf to the NWG and smoke until it hits 140F (60C) internal temperature.

Once it comes up to temp, baste the loaf with the BBQ sauce.

Shut the lid and cook until the loaf hits 160F (71C).

Remove loaf from NWG, slice the loaf into thick slices and enjoy!
