Quick and Easy Corn &amp; Tuna Pasta Salad

Can Tuna (drained & broken up, of your choice)

pasta

onions

corn (thawed)

wine vinegar

mayonnaise (plus more to taste)

salt

black pepper

In a large bowl combine the tuna, pasta, corn and green onions. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, salt &amp; pepper.

Pour the dressing over the salad and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Store covered in the refrigerator until ready to serve can be stored for up to 3 days.

The Best Italian Pasta Salad Recipe

red wine vinegar

extra virgin olive oil

garlic, (minced)

honey

Italian Seasoning

fusilli pasta

cherry tomatoes, (halved)

salami

piquillo peppers (or jarred roasted red peppers)

red onion

Italian parsley

mini mozzarella balls, (drained and halved (22-24 balls))

black olives ((1 can), drained)

Place a large pot of water over high heat and bring to a boil. Add a large spoonful of salt to the water. Then stir in the dried pasta. Cook according to package instructions, usually 6-8 minutes to al dente. Drain the pasta, and rinse with cold water in a colander. Shake off the excess water and place the pasta in a large salad bowl.

While the pasta is boiling, whisk all the ingredients of the vinaigrette in a small bowl. Set aside. Then chop all the salad ingredients.

Pour the tomatoes, sliced hard salami, chopped piquillo peppers, red onion, parsley, mozzarella ball and olives over the pasta. Pour the vinaigrette over the top and toss well to coat. Taste, then season with salt and pepper as needed.

The Best Easy Italian Pasta Salad

cherry tomatoes,

mozzarella cheese balls,

kalamata olives, sliced

pepperoncini (optional, but do it)

fresh parsley, chopped

olive oil

white vinegar (white vinegar vinegar

water

coarse sea salt (yes, tablespoons – see notes!)

garlic garlic

sugar

dry oregano and dry basil

herbs

Cook pasta according to package directions, in salted water for more flavor. Allow to cool slightly and toss with a little oil to prevent sticking.

Blend up the dressing, or shake together in a jar.

Toss all ingredients together! I like to use about three-fourths of the dressing, and then I save the rest of the dressing to add to my leftovers.

Keep in the fridge for 2-3 days. I think it actually tastes best the day AFTER you make it.

This Italian pasta salad sounds good. I find using bottled dressing helps to keep the pasta from absorbing too much of the oil but your dressing sounds delicious and you could just add it right before serving it. This is great for hosting parties or take along.

Easy Italian Pasta Salad

Super easy Italian Pasta Salad – with pasta, tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, spicy salami, pepperoncini, olives, and easy Italian dressing. DANGEROUSLY GOOD.

It’s that time of year again where fresh vegetables are available in abundance and we’re craving light, summery meals. We love being able to quickly throw together a delicious pasta salad filled with tasty seasonal ingredients, and this recipe is one of our head chef Roberta’s favourite dishes to make when she’s hosting an al fresco dinner party. Whilst we have chosen to use courgette, butternut squash and peppers for this recipe, you can substitute in any vegetables that you happen to have and it will be just as tasty!

Summer Vegetable Pasta Salad

fresh calamarata (or any fresh pasta you’ve got in)

courgette

butternut squash

red pepper

vine-ripened tomatoes

2tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Salt and black pepper

fresh parsley, to garnish

4tbsp extra virgin olive oil

3tbsp balsamic vinegar

mayonnaise

Dijon mustard

garlic clove, crushed

basil

salt,

pepper,

Preheat your grill at a high temperature. Cut your courgette, squash, pepper and onion into chunks that are roughly equal in size. Remove the tomatoes from the vines and slice them in half. 

Place the sliced vegetables on a large baking tray and drizzle over the olive oil. Gently toss the vegetables until they are well coated in oil. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.

Grill the vegetables until they are tender and beginning to char a little, this could take 10-15 minutes and you may want to turn the vegetables over halfway through so they cook evenly. Be sure to keep an eye on them so that they don’t burn.

Allow the vegetables to cool slightly after grilling. 

Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to the boil. Once boiling, add the pasta and cook until the pasta is al dente, usually 2-3 minutes if you’re using fresh pasta but longer for dried. 

Drain the pasta and allow it to cool slightly.

While the pasta is cooking and the vegetables are cooling, prepare the vinaigrette. Mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic, basil, salt, and pepper in a bottle or jar. Shake until thoroughly combined.

In a large bowl, combine the pasta, vegetables (chop these up a little more if they’re too large to eat as they are), and the parsley leaves. Drizzle the vinaigrette over top, using about half to begin with and adding more to taste. 

Toss the salad to ensure everything gets covered in the dressing and the pasta and vegetables are interspersed.

Serve immediately or keep in the fridge until you’re ready to eat. Buon appetito!

Best Ever Easy Pasta Salad

bacon

cucumber (chopped)

mustard

In a large bowl combine the bacon, pasta, cucumber, and green onions.

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt &amp; pepper.

Pour the dressing over the salad and stir to combine.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve. Store covered in the refrigerator, for up to 3 days.

This simple Caprese Pasta Salad is four ingredients plus a homemade balsamic dressing. It is perfect for family gatherings or picnics!

Caprese Pasta Salad

pasta (I used Radiatori)

cherry tomatoes (cut small (a 10.5 ounce container))

mozzarella pearls

basil (shredded)

balsamic vinegar

honey mustard

garlic

Cook the pasta according to package instructions, adding salt to the water.  Drain and rinse with cool water to stop the cooking process and cool the noodles.

In a large bowl combine the noodles, mozzarella pearls, tomatoes and basil.

In a small measuring cup, whisk together the ingredients for the salad dressing. Pour over the pasta salad and toss to combine.

Serve and enjoy!

Ranch Pasta Salad is the best pasta salad side dish! Rotini noodles, cucumber, tomato, broccoli, parmesan cheese with an easy dressing of ranch. Everyone will love this pasta salad!

Ranch Pasta Salad

box (12 oz) tricolor rotini pasta

broccoli

cucumbers ((peeled & seeded))

tomatoes

parmesan cheese

ranch dressing ((more or less to taste))

buttermilk

sour cream

parsley

dill weed

chives

onion powder

garlic powder

worcestershire sauce

pepper

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Remember to salt the pasta water so the noodles have some flavor. I use about 1 teaspoon salt. Drain the pasta and rinse under cold water so pasta can cool. 

In a mixing bowl combine the cooled pasta, broccoli, cucumber, tomatoes, and parmesan cheese. Stir. Add ranch and stir again to coat the noodles and veggies in the ranch.  

Serve right away or let it refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving. Pasta salad tends to dry out in the fridge so don't leave it in there too long before serving. If needed, add some additional dressing and give it a good stir to moisten it back up.&nbsp;

** If you are making the homemade ranch dressing, I would suggest making it before you make the salad so it has plenty of time to refrigerate and get cold. Combine all the ranch dressing ingredients into a small bowl and stir with a wire whisk. It makes just enough for the salad. For leftovers, I just use store-bought ranch dressing to moisten it back up.

Seasoned chicken, broccoli, golden raisins, celery, and a wonderful creamy dressing come together to make this awesome Chicken Broccoli Pasta Salad. A total crowd pleaser, perfect for summer gatherings or all year long!

Chicken Broccoli Pasta Salad

(4 cups) dried Radiatore pasta

chicken

broccoli florets

golden raisins

celery

almonds

scallions, diced

sour cream (or plain Greek yogurt)

Italian seasoning

Bring a large pot of water to a boil; cook pasta until al dente according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water. Drizzle with a little olive oil to prevent sticking.&nbsp;

In an extra large bowl, whisk together all the ingredients for the dressing until combined and smooth. Add in the cooked pasta, chicken, broccoli, raisins, celery, almonds, and scallions; toss to combine and coat.&nbsp;

Enjoy right away or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Italian Pasta Salad

pasta,

salami (about 80 grams)

grape tomatoes (1 pint), halved

green bell pepper, chopped

1/2 red bell pepper, chopped

red onion, chopped

kalamata black olives, halved

oz. bocconcini mozzarella balls, halved

Italian dressing, homemade

Parmesan cheese, grated (optional, for serving)

Bring a medium pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes or according to package instructions. Drain and rinse pasta under cold water to stop the cooking process and to cool the pasta down.

Transfer the pasta to a large mixing bowl or serving bowl. If not assembling the salad immediately, add some olive oil and toss together to prevent the pasta from sticking together. Otherwise, add remaining ingredients. Pour Italian salad dressing on top, and toss to combine.

You can serve immediately with Parmesan on top, or cover the bowl tightly with plastic cling wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. This will allow all the flavours to infuse into each other. When ready to serve, give the salad a good toss and add a little more dressing, if desired.

Yum!! I substituted the red bell pepper with cucumber, kalamata olives with black olives, mozzarella with feta cheese. I used your homemade Italian dressing recipe, but I didn’t have wine vinegar either so I used plain rice vinegar and balsamic vinegar. I just used what I had on hand and it still turned out amazing! 😄

This classic Macaroni Salad Recipe is creamy, delicious, and super easy to make. Macaroni Salad

pickle juice

yellow mustard

black pepper (plus more to taste)

celery (diced)

elbow macaroni pasta (or other small pasta)

eggs (roughly chopped)

In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, pickle juice, mustard, salt, and black pepper.

Mix in the celery, onion, and pickles until combined. Set aside.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the macaroni according to package directions until al dente, then drain and rinse with cold water.

Gently stir the cooked macaroni into the creamy dressing and mix until everything is evenly coated. Fold in the eggs.

Optional, but recommended - Cover the macaroni salad and transfer it to the refrigerator for at least one hour. This will allow the flavors to blend and the mayo dressing to permeate the pasta.

Just before serving, stir and season with additional salt and black pepper, to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley or paprika, if desired.
