These Shake N Bake pork chops are a homemade of the classic dish you used to have as a kid. Pork chops are coated in a tasty breadcrumb mixture and baked until golden brown and delicious.

Shake N Bake Pork Chops

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Combine bread crumbs, seasonings and oil in a bowl. Using a fork, mash to combine so that bread crumbs are uniformly combined with the oil.

Place the Shake N Bake in a plastic Ziploc bag.

One at a time, place your chops in the bag and shake to coat in the mixture.

Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment or foil (if desired) and bake for approximately 25 minutes, until cooked through.

Once you make your first batch in your specific air fryer, you&#039;ll know exactly what time and temp works best for your personal taste. Preheat Air Fryer

Preheat Air Fryer at 360°F/180°C for 4 minutes.

Coat Chicken

Moisten the chicken based on mixed instructions (or by using ice water, beaten egg, milk, or mayo). Coat with the seasoned coating mix.

Spray &amp; Line Air Fryer Basket

Spray air fryer basket/tray with oil or place a perforated parchment sheet in the air fryer basket/tray &amp; lightly coat with oil spray (this helps keep the chicken coating from sticking &amp; coming off). 

Place chicken in air fryer

Place the coated chicken in a single layer (cook in batches if needed). Make sure chicken is not touching or the coating may flake off when you flip them. Lightly coat the chicken with oil spray.

Air Fry Chicken

Air Fry at 360°F/180°C for about 25-35 minutes, flipping half way. Chicken thighs need about 5-8 minutes additional cooking time to cook completely through. Lightly spray any dry spots and then continue Air Frying for the remaining time or until they are crispy brown or until internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F.

MOISTEN pork tenderloins with water and coat with coating mix as directed on package. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 30 minutes.

MEANWHILE combine whipping cream, wine and mustard in a small pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered until sauce is thick enough to coat a spoon.

TO serve, slice tenderloin into 1/2-inch (1 cm) slices. Pour 3/4 of the sauce onto a serving platter and place slices of pork on top. Drizzle with remaining sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley.
