Export 5 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Wash and dry the potatoes. Leave the skin on.
Step 2
Now pierce all over with fork or knife. Mix garlic powder and pepper in oil and apply it all over the potatoes.
Step 3
Preheat the Air fryer at 390 F or 200 C for 5 minutes. Brush the basket with oil. Now arrange the potatoes and air fry for about 30 minutes. The skin should become nice and crispy and the potato must get well cooked.
Step 4
I check by piercing with a knife to see that it is cooked all the way through.
Step 5
Take it out and serve with a nice big blob of butter (or vegan butter). You can also serve with spicy mayo which is my favourite.
