Let them char and dance on the BBQ or grill for about 15-18 minutes, depending on the heat and your char preference.
Step 3
In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, crumbled feta, zesty lime, and a sprinkle of Mingle’s Green Goddess seasoning.
Step 4
Combine half the charred corn, spring onions, coriander, and half of the dressing in a bowl. Give it a good mix.

Add the remaining corn, spring onions, coriander, and dressing. Don’t forget that extra sprinkle of Mingle’s Green Goddess!

For the grand finale, garnish with some crumbled feta and more fresh coriander.
