Add the sugar snap peas to a mixing bowl and pour olive oil on top. Toss to coat.
Step 3
Add remaining ingredients and toss again until the peas are evenly coated.
Step 4
Place on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Step 5
Bake at 450 degrees for a minimum of ten minutes. They should be soft and lightly browned at that point. If you prefer a crispier dish, leave in the oven for up to 20 minutes.
