First, in a bowl combine the pecans, oil, chopped rosemary, and salt. For added nutty flavor, soak the nuts for 20 minutes in warm water first.

Next, turn the Air Fryer on and set to 300 F (150 C).

When ready, add pecans in the basket in a single layer and roast for 8 minutes

Once it reaches the halfway mark, shake the basket to make sure they're roasting evenly. You can cook them for an additional 2 minutes if you want them extra toasty. Watch carefully to prevent burning - they cook fast!

Once golden brown, transfer the pecans to a plate and let them cool completely before storing in a container or a jar for up to 3 weeks.
