Mine didn't turn out very sweet? I've got it in the fridge bc I ran out of honey which technically I guess what used was called syrup? Idk but it taste like mustard and vinegar. Think I could add extra honey later  before serving?

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease a baking dish.

In a medium bowl whisk together honey, mustard, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Toss chicken in the sauce to coat and place in your prepared dish. Pour remaining sauce over the chicken.

Bake for 30 minutes, then turn chicken over and bake another 10 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with with rice or noodles and your favorite veggies.

brussels sprouts, sliced

red pepper, chopped

red onion, chopped

sage leaves, finely chopped (alternative: 1 tsp dried)

salt

wild rice

Preheat oven to 450 F. Cook wild rice according to package directions on stove top or in a rice cooker (highly recommend a rice cooker so you can set it and forget it!)

Toss chicken with honey mustard. Add all veggies to baking sheet, tossing with olive oil, garlic, sage and salt &amp; pepper. Add chicken and cook in oven for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through.

Evenly divide all ingredients among four meal prep bowls. Serve and enjoy - leftovers last in fridge up to 5 days.

Cut or slice Eckrich Smoked Sausage and cook. You can grill, roast or pan-fry the Eckrich Smoked Sausage.

For the dipping sauces, whisk all ingredients for each sauce in a small dish until smooth. If sauce seems too thick push it through a very fine strainer. I did this with the best ever honey mustard and the apricot sweet chili.&nbsp;

Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Prepare the honey mustard sauce by stirring together the mayonnaise, Dijon, honey, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and freshly cracked black pepper.

Use a paper towel to dry off the surface of the pork chops, then season each side with a pinch of salt and freshly cracked pepper. Heat one tablespoon of cooking oil in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat. When the skillet is very hot add two pork chops at a time and cook until golden brown on each side (3 minutes each side). Place the browned pork chops in a casserole dish (it&#039;s okay if they overlap slihtly).

Smear the honey mustard sauce over both sides of the pork chops in the casserole dish. Bake for about 30 minutes for 1-inch thick chops, about 20 minutes for ¾-inch thick chops, or until the internal temperature reaches 145ºF. To achieve more browning, switch the oven to broil and broil the chops for 3-5 minutes or until the surface is golden brown and bubbly. Serve hot.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place the sweet potato, red potato, red onion, Brussels sprouts, green beans, and carrots on the baking sheet in separate piles. 

Drizzle everything with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary. Rub the seasoning into the vegetables until evenly coated and spread flat on the baking sheet, keeping the vegetables separate. Set aside.

In a small bowl, combine the mustard, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper, and whisk until smooth. Set aside.

Place the chicken thighs skin-side down in a greased cast-iron skillet. Season with salt and pepper, then brush generously with the honey-mustard sauce. Flip the chicken thighs over and repeat, seasoning with salt and pepper, then brushing with the rest of the honey-mustard sauce.

Place the vegetables and the chicken in the oven on separate racks. Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) . (Optional: Remove the vegetables once cooked and broil the chicken for 1-2 minutes, or until the skin crisps up.)

Let everything cool, then distribute into resealable containers, mixing up the combination of vegetables so that you get something a little different each day.

Whisk the honey mustard sauce ingredients in a bowl (mayonnaise, dijon mustard, honey, vinegar, cayenne pepper and paprika) until sauce is smooth and combined. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Set aside.

In bowl or plastic bag combine chicken breasts, olive oil, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Shake bag to make sure all the marinade gets evenly mixed and coated over the chicken. For best flavor, marinade the chicken for at least 25 minutes before cooking.

Heat the grill and grill the chicken breasts on both sides until cooked. Make the sandwich spooning the sauce over the cooked chicken breast and adding whatever sandwich condiments you like.

Honey Mustard Pretzel Crusted Chicken Salad with Spicy Honey Mustard Dressing

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large bowl, combine the honey, mustard, egg white and whisk well. Toss the chicken in the honey mustard and set aside. Place the pretzels in a sealable plastic bag, seal, and finely crush through the bag with a meat mallet or other heavy utensil (or just carefully step on the bag). Spread the mixture out on a large plate or in a large dish. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray. Remove one piece of chicken at a time from the mustard. Place in the pretzels crumb bag and use your fist to pound the pretzels onto the chicken. Place on the prepared baking sheet and repeat with remaining chicken. Mist the tops of the pretzel crusted chicken with nonstick spray. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, flipping chicken halfway through baking, until the chicken is cooked through. Remove from the oven and serve with the salad.

While the chicken cooks combine all the ingredients for the dressing in a small bowl. Whisk well and adjust seasoning to taste.

Remove a few tablespoons (I think I used around three) of the dressing and place in a medium size mixing bowl. Toss the whole pretzels with the dressing an place on a parchment or silpat lined baking sheet. Place in the oven with chicken for 10-15 minutes or until the pretzels have turned golden brown, flipping halfway through (don't forget about them, they can burn quickly). Remove from the oven, let cool 5 minutes and then transfer to a bowl.

In a large bowl toss the lettuce, spinach, strawberries and avocado together. Plate the salad and top each plate with a sliced piece of chicken, roasted honey mustard pretzels and feta cheese. Drizzle with more dressing.

In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, cayenne, and salt. Set aside.

In a separate small bowl, mix together the sugar, hot sauce, and olive oil. Set aside.

Melt the coconut oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add 3-4 popcorn kernels and cover with the lid.  Once they pop, add the rest of the kernels and cover, shaking every 10 seconds, until they begin pop. Once the pops are more than 3 seconds apart, turn off the heat and let sit for 15 seconds to allow any final kernels to pop.

Uncover and drizzle the hot sauce mixture over the popcorn. Carefully toss to coat.

Whisk together the ingredients for the marinade of your choice, then set aside.

Trim the silver skin off of the pork &#8211; the silver skin is the white, tough strip of connective tissue that runs about halfway down the pork tenderloin. Once you have removed it, season pork tenderloin with 1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt and 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper.

Pour the marinade over the pork tenderloin. Refrigerate for 30 minutes up to 24 hours.

Preheat the oven to 425 F, then heat a cast iron or another heavy-bottomed skillet over medium-high heat.

Add 1/2 tablespoon olive oil to the pan, then, once hot, remove the pork tenderloin from its marinade and let the excess drip off, then place it in the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes, until browned, then cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, until browned.

Remove the pork tenderloin from heat, then brush it with additional marinade. Transfer the pan to the oven, or place the pork tenderloin on a rimmed baking sheet, and cook for 15-20 minutes, until the pork has reached an internal temperature of 145 F. The best way to ensure your pork cooks to the perfect temperature is by using an in-oven thermometer, or by pulling it out at the 15 minute mark, checking the temperature, then returning to bake for another 2-3 minutes until it reaches the desired temperature.

Remove from oven, let rest for about 8-10 minutes, then slice and serve!
