KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided

lasagna noodles, cooked

KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese, divided

Brown meat in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat; drain. Return meat to skillet.

Combine pasta sauce and A.1. Add half the pasta sauce mixture to meat; stir. Reserve remaining pasta sauce mixture for later use.

Spray 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray. Mix egg, ricotta and 1/4 cup Parmesan until blended. Spread about 2 Tbsp. ricotta mixture onto each noodle; top with about 1/4 cup meat mixture and 2 heaping Tbsp. mozzarella. Roll up, starting at one short end of each noodle. Place, seam sides down, in prepared baking dish.

Top with reserved pasta sauce mixture and remaining cheeses; cover.

Making a calzone from scratch might seem intimidating but this meat lover's calzone recipe makes it easy. Have fun kneading the dough, rolling it out, and stuffing it with a delicious sausage filling. If you aren't sharing these, freeze them and reheat later for a quick lunch or dinner.

Make the dough: In a medium bowl, combine the warm water, yeast, flour, and salt. Mix with a rubber spatula until well-combined and the dough comes together into a ball.

Lightly flour a clean surface, then turn the dough out and knead for 1-2 minutes to smooth and encourage gluten development. Shape the dough into a ball.

Drizzle the olive oil in a clean large bowl. Add the dough ball and turn to coat in the oil. Cover with a kitchen towel and let rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

Preheat the oven to 425˚F (220˚C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

While the dough is rising, make the filling: Add the sausage to a medium nonstick pan over medium heat and cook until no longer pink, 5-6 minutes. Add the onion, salt, and pepper and continue to cook until the sausage is browned, about 5 minutes more. Remove from the heat and let cool.

After the dough has risen, turn it out onto a lightly floured surface. Divide the dough into 4 portions, then roll each into and round about ¼-inch (½ cm) thick.

Spread ¼ of the sauce over one half of each dough round, leaving a ½-inch (1 cm) border along the edge. Top each one with 2 slices of ham, 5 pepperoni, ¼ of the sausage and onion mixture, and ¼ cup (25 G) of mozzarella cheese.

Lightly beat the egg with a pinch of salt. Brush the egg wash on the border of the dough, fold the other half over, and press the edges together. Starting from one corner, fold the dough over itself in a twist. Tuck the other corner underneath. Transfer the calzones to the prepared baking sheet. Brush lightly with egg wash and score the tops with a knife to allow steam to escape.

Bake for 15-17 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes.

Serve the calzones with marinara sauce for dipping, if desired.

Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat. Meanwhile, combine egg, ricotta, parsley, 1-1/4 cups mozzarella and 1/4 cup Parmesan.

Drain meat; return to skillet. Stir in pasta sauce. Add 1 cup water to empty sauce jar; cover with lid and shake well. Add to meat mixture; stir until blended.

Spread 1 cup meat sauce onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with layers of 3 lasagna noodles, 1/3 of the ricotta mixture and 1 cup of the remaining meat sauce. Repeat layers twice. Top with remaining noodles, meat sauce and cheeses. Cover with foil sprayed with cooking spray.

Bake 1 hour or until heated through, removing foil after 45 min. Let stand 15 min. before cutting to serve.

Take a bowl and put flour, yeast, sugar, salt.

Then mix well them.

Next, add oil and mix.

Mix the dough mixture adding little by little luke warm water.

Knead the dough perfectly.

Spread the flour on a flat surface.

Then, transfer the dough to the flat surface and continue kneading until it becomes the correct consistency. The dough must be smooth with no lumps and no cracks.

Place the dough in a bowl, close the bowl and set ti aside for at least one hour to rise.

Making Pizza Dough

Cut x shape thinly top of the tomatoes.

Cut garlic cloves and onions into small pieces.

Take a pot and put tomatoes and water.

Then boil the tomatoes about 3 minutes.

After boiling, remove the peels of tomatoes.

Blend 3 tomatoes and make a paste.

Remove seeds and chop another tomatoes.

Take a pot and put oil to it. then, heat on medium fire.

Then put garlic, onion, chopped tomatoes and mix well.

Then add tomato paste, basil, sugar, chili powder, oregano, chili flakes and salt.

Mix well them.

After 5 minutes, add tomato sauce, butter and mix well.

Making Pizza Sauce

Preheat the oven on high temperature.

Grate the mozzarella cheese into long rows.

Cut bellpeppers / capsicum into rows.

Cut onions into rows.

Cut black olives into small pieces.

Take the dough and flat it.

Take the pizza tray, put the dough.

Then flatten again the dough until the tray covers.

The dough must be thin in the middle and thicker on the edges.

Then, spread the pizza sauce on the dough.

Cover the middle of the dough with greated mozzarella cheese.

Put bellpeppers/capsicum, olives, mushrooms, onions, pepper powder on the mozzarella cheese layer.

Brush some olive oil on the edges.

Again add mozzarella cheese as a layer.

Place the pizza in the preheated oven.

Bake the pizza at a high temperature about 10 minutes.

It is not bake perfectly, again place the pizza to bake foe 5 minutes.

Ready the pizza and cut traingular shaped pieces.

Eat the pizza now.

Making Cheese Pizza

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Place the warm water (not too hold, but a little warmer than room temperature) in a large bowl and add the yeast. Stir with a spoon until the yeast is mostly dissolved, for about a minute (some clumps may remain).

Add the salt and sugar then stir for an additional 30 seconds.

Add 3 cups of flour, one cup at a time, mixing with a sturdy wooden spoon until the dough is thick and sticky. Add an additional 3/4 cup of flour and stir, until the dough is no longer sticky. Add more flour if needed. Poke the dough, if it bounces back, it's ready to knead.

Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and knead the dough for about 3 minutes.

Roll the dough out into a thin 15 inch diameter circle and place on pizza pan or pizza stone.

Brush the edges of the pizza crust with the lightly beaten egg, then sprinkle with the crust with the coarse salt.

Spread the nacho cheese in the center of the pizza, leaving the edge of the crust clear. Top with the shredded mozzarella cheese and sliced pepperoni.

Bake the pizza for 12 to 15 minutes or until the center of the pizza is bubbly and the crust is a golden brown. Let cool for just a few minutes before slicing. Enjoy!

This easy Twice-Baked Spaghetti Squash recipe is a simple dinner idea that only needs 3-ingredients, is meatless, gluten-free, and frugal.

3-Ingredient Twice-Baked Spaghetti Squash Recipe

Spaghetti Squash (medium size)

pasta sauce (adjust according to preference)

mozzarella cheese (adjust according to preference)

Salt & Pepper (to taste)

garlic (fresh chopped basil

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease with olive oil or cooking spray.

With a sharp knife, carefully cut spaghetti squash in half lengthwise. With a spoon, gently remove seeds and discard. Place spaghetti squash cut side down on baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes or until a fork can pierce the shell easily.

Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly. With a fork, loosen and separate spaghetti squash strands from shell. Reserve shells.

Place strands in a bowl. Mix strands with pasta sauce (and additional spices, if you wish). Adjust the amount of sauce you use based on your own preference. Spoon mixture back into the empty shell. If you have enough strands, you may be able to separate the mixture into each of the two shells, but you may also be able to spoon the entire mixture into just one of the shell halves. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.

Bake for 7-9 minutes or until cheese is melted, bubbly, and slightly browned. Spoon and serve directly from shell.

Deeelicious! I like to add sautéed mushrooms and onions to the mix. I put half the mixture in the shell, add cheese then repeat. I like spaghetti squash even better than pasta.

Spotted this recipe on the What's for Dinner Sunday link up Party and had to come check it out.

OMG!! Made this and LOVE it, will definitely make it again! I didn’t have mozzarella so I used Parmesan - delicious❤️❤️

I am making this for the second time.  My husband loves this and he is not a big fan of spaghetti squash.  The only thing I changed is I browned some chicken Italian sausage and added it before the cheese.  It was sooo good.  This is now one of our regular dinners especially with the squash in season now.  Thanks for sharing this recipe!
