pour into pint and freeze

Pour coconut cream and pineapple into an empty Ninja Creami pint container and freeze for 24 hours.   There is no need to stir it before freezing it.

remove from freezer

After 24 hours, remove the pint from the freezer.  Remove the lid.

use lite ice cream function

Place the Ninja Creami pint into the outer bowl.  Place the outer bowl with the pint in it, into the Ninja Creami machine and turn until the outer bowl locks into place.  Push the Lite Ice Cream button.  During the lite ice cream function, the ice cream will mix together and become very creamy.

remove from machine

Once the lite ice cream function has ended, turn the outer bowl and release it from the Ninja Creami machine.

add mix-ins

Using a spoon, create a hole through the center of the ice cream that goes from top to bottom.  This hole is where you will add the mix-ins.  Add in 1 tablespoon of toasted coconut and 1 tablespoon of chopped pineapple.

mix-in function

Place the outer bowl with the pint back into the Ninja Creami machine and lock it into place.  Choose the MIX-IN function.

Once the Ninja Creami completes the MIX-IN cycle, remove the outer bowl from the machine.

Ounces Vanilla Yogurt

Pour 16 ounces of yogurt into a Ninja Creami pint container and freeze on a level surface in a cold freezer for a full 24 hours.

After 24 hours, remove the pint from the freezer. Remove the lid.

Place the Ninja Creami pint into the outer bowl. Place the outer bowl with the pint in it, into the Ninja Creami machine and turn until the outer bowl locks into place. Push the LITE ICE CREAM button. During the LITE ICE CREAM function, the yogurt will mix together and become creamy. This should take approximately 2 minutes.

Once the LITE ICE CREAM function has ended, turn the outer bowl and release it from the Ninja Creami machine.

Yourfrozen yogurt is ready to eat! Enjoy!

Ninja Creami Pineapple Sorbet

Pour 16 ounces of canned pineapple, with the liquid from the can, into a Ninja Creami pint container and freeze on a level surface in a cold freezer for a full 24 hours.

Place the Ninja Creami pint into the outer bowl. Place the outer bowl with the pint in it, into the Ninja Creami machine and turn until the outer bowl locks into place. Push the SORBET button. During the SORBET function, the sorbet will mix together and become very creamy. This should take approximately 2 minutes.

Once the SORBET function has ended, turn the outer bowl and release it from the Ninja Creami machine.

Your sorbet is ready to eat! Enjoy!

*** If the sorbet is not quite creamy enough, place the outer bowl with the pint back into the Ninja Creami machine and lock it into place. Choose the RE-SPIN function. Once the Ninja Creami completes the RE-SPIN cycle, remove the outer bowl from the machine.

Pour all ingredients except shredded coconut into the pint container and stir to combine.

Smooth and freeze

Smooth the top flat, cover, and freeze for 24 hours.

Remove from freezer

Remove from freezer.  Before spinning, let the container sit out at room temperature for 10 minutes.

Insert into machine

Place the pint container into the outer bowl and place it into the Ninja Creami machine.

Sorbet Process

Turn the machine on and select the sorbet process.

Add Coconut

Optional: Once the sorbet process completes, either remove from the Ninja Creami and top with coconut to enjoy or add in coconut mix-ins.  If you would like to add coconut in as a mix-in, create a small tunnel down the middle of the sorbet and add in coconut now.

Place 1 tbsp cream cheese in a medium bowl and microwave for 5-10 seconds. If the cream cheese was in the fridge, these 5-10 seconds in the microwave will help soften it up to mix well with the other ingredients.

Combine cream cheese with 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/3 cup granulated sugar, and 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder. Whisk until the ingredients are mixed together.

Whisk in 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon and 1/4 tsp chili powder. If looking for extra spice, substitute 1/4 tsp chili powder for 1/8 tsp chili powder + 1/8 tsp ground cayenne pepper.

Slowly whisk in 1 cup whole milk and 3/4 cup heavy cream.

Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, ensuring it does not go over the max fill line.

Freeze the pint for 24 hours, making sure it is placed on a flat surface in the freezer.

After 24 hours, remove the pint from the freezer, and plug in your Ninja Creami machine! Time for the magic.
Remove the lid from the pint and grab the Ninja Creami outer bowl. Place the pint securely into the outer bowl and cover with the lid. Once the lid is on, place the outer bowl into the machine, twisting to the right until it locks into place. Press the "Ice Cream" button and (try to) wait patiently for the creamy treat coming your way.

Once the process is finished, press and hold the button on the left side of the Creami to twist the bowl to the left and remove it from the machine. Twist the lid off of the outer bowl and remove the pint.
