Step 2

Whisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon and vanilla.

Step 4

Heat and butter the skillet to help prevent sticking.

Step 6

Dip each side of the bread into the egg mixture, coating the bread evenly.  Place into the skillet.

Cook over the grill or campfire for 2-3 minutes per side.

Step 9

Tip: use caution when handling the hot skillet on the campfire.  We like to use heat resistant gloves for all of our campfire cooking.

5.  Remove the french toast from the heat and serve with your favorite toppings.
