Air fryer cauliflower is easy to make in your Ninja Foodi or other machine. Healthy and full of flavor it&#x27;s a great vegetable side dish or snack.

Air Fryer Cauliflower

cauliflower

olive oil

garlic

tbsp garlic salt

tsp pepper

paprika

tsp old bay (seasoning)

Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees. Cut cauliflower into bite size florets and put into a bowl. Pour 1.5 tbsp of olive oil on top and mix/rub on with hands, then pour on remaining oil and continue to rub it on every piece so they&#x27;re lightly coated.

Sprinkle on all seasonings and again mix/massage the florets gently with your fingers so every piece is coated.

You&#x27;re air fryer should have preheated for at least 5 minutes at this time. Put half your cauliflower into your air fryer basket, so they&#x27;re not overlapping and set time for 15 minutes.

Every 5 minutes lift the lid and use a wooden spoon to flip pieces gently so the other side can crisp up as well.

After 15 minutes is up and you&#x27;ve flipped them twice serve as is or with some dipping sauces!

These&nbsp;Chocolate-covered Cheesecake Bites combine chocolate, cheesecake and&nbsp;raspberries into a mouthwatering bite-size treat. They're easy to make-ahead using an ice cube tray. Put them out for your next party and watch them be the first to go! Plus video tutorial!

Ice Cube Tray Chocolate Covered Cheesecake Bites (Video!)

Place chocolate in a medium bowl and microwave in 30 second intervals until smooth.

Take an ice cube tray, and coat each cube with chocolate.&nbsp;

Freeze the ice cube tray for 5 minutes.

In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla until smooth. Stir in whipped cream.

Fill each ice cube 1/4 full with cream cheese mixture. Add 1 raspberry and then cover the rest with cream cheese mix.

Add melted chocolate on top and chill for 1 hour to set.&nbsp;

Remove from fridge and invert on a work surface.&nbsp;

Wait 10 minutes for the cheesecake bites to drop out as they warm slightly. If needed, rap the tray on the work surface to loosen. Serve and enjoy!

Goat'S Cheese & Cranberry Tartlets

egg, beaten

tbsp cranberry sauce

goat's cheese logs

thyme leaf

olive oil, for drizzling

Goat's cheese & cranberry tartlets

Preheat oven to fan 200C/conventional 220C/gas 7. Lay pastry on a floured work surface. Using a round 7.5cm round pastry cutter, cut out as many circles as possible.

Sit them on oiled baking sheets and score a circle about 2.5cm in from the edge of each disc by pressing gently with a 5cm cutter. Pierce the middle of each with a fork, brush with egg and top with a little cranberry sauce or chutney.

Slice the cheese 5mm thick so you have a slice per disc (discard end rinds). Lay a slice on each tartlet, then top with thyme leaves, a drizzle of oil and a twist of black pepper.

Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is golden and the pastry crispy. Cool for 5 minutes and serve warm, garnished with rocket leaves.

Air Fryer Chicken Fried Steak

lbs cubed steak

c Panko bread crumbs

dry mustard

c flour

salt

tsp paprika (smoked is best)

c milk

olive oil spray

Spray air fryer basket with non stick spray and preheat to 360 degrees.

Slice cubed steak into strips and season each piece with salt and pepper

In a bowl or plate mix together your flour, dry mustard, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, and smoked paprika.

In a different bowl whisk together your milk and egg. On a third plate spread our your Panko bread crumbs.

Use a fork and press into flour mixture, shaking off excess. Then dip into egg mixture and finally press into breadcrumbs on both sides. Shake off a bit of excess and put into air fryer basket.

Do this with enough pieces to fill basket without overlapping and leaving a bit of space in between them so they crisp up properly. Spray with olive oil spray lightly.

Close and cook at 360 degrees for 11 minutes total. Open and flip pieces after 7 minutes. Continue cooking for 4 minutes and then check to see if you want them to crisp up more. If so add a few more minutes until they&#039;re done to your liking.

Beef Wellington Spanakopita Bites

beef

mushrooms

tbsp. chopped Shallot

garlic clove, chopped

Sea salt, divided

Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking pan with cooking spray.

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef until brown and crumbly.

In a food processor, pulse mushrooms, shallots, and garlic until the mixture is minced.

Add minced mushrooms, 1 tsp. thyme, soy sauce, ½ tsp. salt and ⅛ tsp. pepper to skillet with the beef. Stir well. Then let the mushroom mixture cook without stirring for 3 minutes. Stir once and let cook until all the liquid is absorbed. Turn off the heat.

Stir spinach and feta into the beef mixture.

Place Phyllo pastry on a baking dish and cook for about 5 minutes until hot.

Fill Phyllo cups with ½ tbsp. of filling and serve.

These delicious, sweet and soft energy balls feature 4 simple ingredients: hazelnuts, almond butter, cacao nibs and dates. With no added sugar or oil, these delicious bites are perfect for a healthy snack or dessert.

Cacao Hazelnut Energy Balls

(220 g) packed, pitted dates

(145 g) hazelnuts

(65 g) cacao nibs

almond butter

tsp fleur de sel

Place dates in a bowl, cover with hot water and soak for 15 minutes (if using soft and moist medjool dates, you can skip soaking). Drain well. It&#8217;s okay if they&#8217;re a bit wet when you add them to the food processor. Just be sure to drain off all the excess water.

While the dates are soaking, add the cacao nibs and hazelnuts to a food processor and process on high for about 30 seconds until it resembles a coarse, grainy meal.

Add the almond butter and soaked, drained dates to the food processor with the hazelnut cacao mixture and mix into a thick, sticky dough. If the dough isn&#8217;t sticking together, add 1-2 tsp warm water and process until it does, however, if you soaked the dates it should be perfect.

Roll the dough into 14 balls. Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freezer for up to 3 months.

Wow, these were yummy. I've never actually made energy balls before but it was super easy in my old, crappy food processor..haha. It will be hard not to eat all of these in a couple days!

Pumpkin Spice Bites

Cup Oats, rolled, gluten-free

Cup Flax Seeds

Cup Dates, pitted

Cup Pecans, roasted, unsalted

Cup Pumpkin Seeds, unsalted

Cup Almond Butter, no added salt

Cup Pumpkin Puree, canned

Tablespoons Maple Syrup

Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Teaspoons Cinnamon, ground

Teaspoon Nutmeg, ground

Teaspoon Sea Salt

Pulse 1 cup of oats and flax seeds to a coarse powder and set aside.

Pulse dates and pecans to desired consistency.

In a medium bowl, add all ingredients and mix to combine.

Roll into bite-sized balls, roughly 1-inch in diameter.

Place bites on a baking tray or pan and chill in the fridge for 1 hour.

Transfer to an airtight container once hardened.

These easy, Indian-style puff gunpowder potato puffs are almost too good to share&#8230; but they do make fab party canapés. Or, try these simple yet sensational sausage rolls, fired up with &#8216;nduja.

Gunpowder potato puffs

floury potatoes, peeled and chopped into 2cm pieces

butter

tsp crushed cumin seeds

fennel seeds

tsp crushed coriander seeds

spring onions, chopped

green chilli, chopped

block ready-made puff pastry

flour,

nigella seeds

Mango chutney, to serve (optional)

Put the potatoes into a pan of salted water, then boil for 5 minutes or until just tender. Drain and leave to steam dry.

Melt the butter  in a pan and gently fry the cumin, fennel and coriander seeds  until fragrant. Add the potatoes and mix to a rough mash, then leave to cool. Stir in the spring onions,  chilli and fresh coriander and season with plenty of salt and pepper.

Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to about 3mm thick, then stamp out 15-16 x 10cm circles, re-rolling as needed. Put 1 tbsp potato mixture in the centre of each one, brush the pastry edges with the beaten egg, then fold in half to enclose the filling. Press the edges with a fork to seal. Brush with more egg and sprinkle with the nigella seeds. Chill for 20 minutes, then bake at 200°C/180°C fan/gas 6 for 20-25 minutes until golden and puffed. Serve with mango chutney for dipping.

Crispy and spicy buffalo-flavored popcorn chicken! Baked - not fried! They require just a few ingredients and only 30 minutes!

Buffalo Popcorn Chicken

chicken breasts

flour

salt and pepper

water

bread crumbs

panko bread crumbs

Frank's buffalo wing sauce

Preheat oven to 425. Spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray.&nbsp;Pound the chicken breasts to 1/2 inch thickness. Chop into small 1/2-inch pieces.&nbsp;

Add flour and salt and pepper to taste to a small bowl and stir to combine. Whisk together the eggs and water in a second small bowl.

Combine bread crumbs and panko bread crumbs in a third small bowl and stir to combine. Place buffalo sauce in a fourth small bowl.

Toss the chicken pieces in the flour mixture. Next dip them in the egg wash bowl. Third, toss them in the bread crumbs. Lastly, dip the breaded chicken pieces in the buffalo sauce and place them 1-2 inches apart on prepared baking sheet. Once all of the chicken is on the baking sheet, spray with cooking spray.

Bake chicken bites for about 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the outside is crispy.&nbsp;Serve with blue cheese dressing (or ranch) and sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles if desired.

Slip pistachios out of their shells to savour with a cold beer, or try them in this tasty Middle Eastern inspired side for roast turkey or chicken.

(6 cups) fresh breadcrumbs (made from day-old bread)

(1 cup) pistachio kernels, finely chopped

(2/3 cup) whole dried apricots, finely chopped

feta, crumbled

continental parsley leaves, chopped

eggs, lightly whisked

Crispy Prosciutto Baked Brie Bites with Honey Pears + Walnuts.

phyllo dough (thawed)

butter (melted)

prosciutto

honey

pears (thinly sliced OR diced)

old fashioned oats

raw walnuts (roughly chopped)

brown sugar

brie

pomegranate (for garnish)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease two (12-cup) muffin/cupcake tins.

Take a sheet of phyllo and brush with melted butter. Lay another sheet on top and repeat until you have five phyllo sheets stacked up. Cut the sheets into 6 equal squares and push into the prepared cupcake tins, fitting the phyllo snugly into the tin. Repeat with the remaining sheets of phyllo dough.

Now take the prosciutto and cut each piece in half lengthwise. Fit the prosciutto in a single layer inside the cups.

Bake for about 10 minutes or until golden just set. Watch carefully and don't let them burn. Remove the cups from the molds and place on a baking sheet.

Meanwhile, add the honey to a skillet with sides and bring to a boil, boil 3-5 minutes or until the honey just starts to thicken. Remove from the heat and add the pear slices. Let the pears sit in the syrup for a few minutes, but no longer. You don't want the pears to become too soft to work with. Remove the pears from the honey.

In a bowl, combine the oats, walnuts, brown sugar and flour. Use your hands to mix in the butter until the mixture is moist and crumbly.

Place a few pears inside each phyllo cup. Add 1 wedge of brie and top with a tablespoon of the walnut-oat mixture.

Place back in the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until the crumble is golden. Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with pomegranate arils and drizzle with honey. Serve warm.
