These were totally delicious and will be making their way into my recipe book. I did, however,  add a sautee of bellpepper, onion and spinach into my meat mixture. Oh so yummy!

Just great, I doubled the recipe, as my son is 6'8, however I need the recipe for the dip.

They were good. Other than the dripping of butter and grease in the oven and having to pour off about a cup of grease I enjoyed them

These are ok.... nothing really special about them. Could use a different kind of seasoning. Garlic, salt and pepper just doesnt cut it , very bland. If I make these again I will use mozzarella cheese instead.

Tastes good but all the cheese melted out of the meat.  Was left with just meatballs...cheese didn’t stay inside.

I customize mine,,i use ""garlic butter,,and add a little ""creole""seasoning,,,then i cap em off,,witha nice chunk of pepper Jack cheese

Add the peanut butter, butter, sweetener, and vanilla to a mixing bowl and beat on medium speed until well combined.

Stir in the chocolate chip by hand.

Use a small cookie scoop to scoop out...

Use a small cookie scoop to scoop out 24 balls of dough. Roll the dough between your hands to shape into a ball.

xylitol ((or your preferred sweetener)

Melt Coconut Oil

Put all ingredients "except melted coconut oil and shredded coconut" into a bowl and mix well.

Add melted coconut oil and mix until combined. Place the mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes to allow the chia seeds to soak up the excess liquid and the coconut oil to set.

Spread shredded coconut out onto a flat dinner plate or tray.

Take one heaped tablespoon of the&nbsp;mix and roll it into a ball in the palm of your hand.

Roll the fat bomb around in the shredded coconut until coated and place on a tray lined with baking paper.

When all of the mix has been rolled into fat bombs, place the tray in the refrigerator for 1 hour, or until the balls have firmed up.

When the fat bombs are firm they're ready to eat. Keep them in the fridge (particularly if you live in hot climates), they will keep for a week.

Remove from cupcake tins and transfer them into an air-tight container. refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.

These simple Keto Maple Pecan Fat Bombs are a great fall-inspired treat. Just melt, mix, then left in the fridge to firm up.

Unsalted Butter

Pecan Butter

scoop Vanilla Collagen Powder

Sugar-Free Maple Syrup

Pecan Nuts

Place all ingredients except the pecans into a small saucepan over low heat.

Whisk together until combined, then remove from heat. Allow to cool for 5 minutes.

Pour into a small heatproof dish lined with parchment paper.

Sprinkle over the pecans then put in the fridge to chill.

Cool for 1-2 hours until set firm.

Cut into squares and enjoy.

Keto Red Velvet Fat Bombs

Sugar-Free Chocolate

tbsp Erythritol

tsp Vanilla Essence

Heavy Cream

Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a small pot of simmering water. Make sure that the bowl isn't touching the water, as this will cause the chocolate to burn.

While the chocolate is melting, mix together the remaining ingredients with a hand mixer on medium speed for 3 minutes. Ensure the mix is fully combined.

With the hand mixer on low speed, slowly add the chocolate mixture to the other ingredients. Mix on medium speed for 2 minutes.

Add the mixture to a piping bag and pipe the fat bomb mixture onto a lined tray. Set in the fridge for 40 minutes.

Whip the heavy cream and pipe 1-2 teaspoons onto each fat bomb.

These Delicious Vanilla Cheesecake Fat Bombs are high on taste and will give you a long-lasting boost of energy. They're deliciously creamy and taste&nbsp;just like a cheesecake!

Put the cream cheese, vanilla and erythritol in a kitchen aid or put in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer on low speed for 2 minutes, pausing to scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula, so as to achieve a smooth consistent texture.

Add half of the Heavy Cream and mix for another 2 minutes. Let the bowl sit for 3-5 minutes as erythritol in its granulated form requires a little extra time to dissolve.

Add the other half of the Heavy Cream and mix on medium speed for 3 minutes until the mixture is thick with firm peaks.

Gently spoon the mixture into a piping bag and pipe into mini cupcake liners. Set in the fridge for at least 1 hour before enjoying.

Dissolve gelatin and jello in boiling water.

Add the cream slowly whilst stirring and continue to stir for 1 minute. If you add the cold cream in all at once and don't thoroughly mix, the jellies will split creating a layered affect.

Pour the mixture into candy molds and set in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Enjoy!

Fat Bombs Recipe - "Raspberry Cream Hearts" - Delicious & Healthy Keto Snack  (ZERO CARBS)

Chocolate Keto Fat Bombs are an easy no-bake sweet treat perfect for the keto diet! They&#039;re packed with five sources of healthy fats and contain only 2 grams of net carbs per serving.

Chocolate Keto Fat Bombs

cocoa powder ((or cacao powder))

hemp seeds (shelled)

unrefined coconut oil (at room temperature)

heavy cream

Stevia

In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, cacao powder, and hemp seeds. 

Add room-temperature coconut oil and mix until it becomes a paste.
