Followed it exactly to the recipe and it fit in with my Keto diet. So good. I really can not say enough about how delicious this dish was! Paired it up with fresh green beans lightly sautéed and it was a meal that the whole family enjoyed!

Don't typically buy very thick bone-in chops but with the hit-or-miss stocking of fresh meats in the grocery during the pandemic I take what I can get. This sent me searching for a new recipe to also use fresh rosemary from my garden. Final results:  The cook times for both stove-top searing and oven roasting were spot on. Browning color was perfect. Directions clear and easy to follow. I diced the rosemary as small as I could acheive. Only deviation I made was reducing the butter by half and I still had leftover so know next time I could decrease even more. My spouse would certainly eat all the butter sauce because he loves it but I act as his health advocate! Feedback from family: wonderful

Awesome!  We have a Meater thermometer (blue tooth) so that makes getting the temp right very easy. Simple ingredients and super delicious!  Definitely a keeper and you could easily mix up the herbs if you don't love rosemary.  Searing first then going to the oven is the best way to make so many things but almost a necessity for pork chops.  I echo the "buy them thick and bone-in" comment!

Keep It Classy With These Garlic Rosemary Pork Chops

These chicken thighs are impossibly juicy, thanks to a garlic butter drizzle and stovetop-to-oven cooking method, and boast the crispiest, crackliest skin. Plus, you only need five ingredients to make them.

Life-Changing Garlic Butter Chicken Thighs 

bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (about 6 small)

kosher salt, divided

unsalted butter

Arrange a rack in the middle of the oven and heat the oven to 425ºF. 

Debone 3 pounds bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs: Flip each chicken thigh over so it is skin-side down. Using kitchen shears, cut through the meat along both sides of the center bone, making sure not to cut all the way through the meat and skin. Cut off the cartilage at the top and bottom of the bone. Cut underneath the bone, which will cut the bone off completely from the thigh. Use the shears to trim off any excess fat, cartilage, or skin.

Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and season on all sides with 1 teaspoon of the kosher salt. If using fresh green beans, trim, then cut in half crosswise. 

Place the chicken thighs skin-side down in a large (12-inch) oven-safe skillet, preferably cast iron, and turn the heat to medium. Cook undisturbed until the skin is golden and crispy, using tongs to move the thighs around the pan after 10 minutes to ensure even browning, 15 to 18 minutes total (they will not be cooked through at this point). Meanwhile, place 3 tablespoons unsalted butter in a small microwave-safe bowl and microwave on HIGH until melted, 30 to 45 seconds. Mince 4 garlic cloves and add to the melted butter.   

Transfer the chicken skin-side up to a clean plate, leaving the rendered fat in the pan. Add 12 ounces green beans to the pan, season with the remaining 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt, and toss to coat the beans in the chicken fat. Place the chicken thighs skin-side up on the green beans. 

Drizzle the garlic butter over the chicken and green beans and transfer the skillet to the oven. Roast until the chicken is deeply golden brown, crispy, and registers 160ºF in the thickest part, 12 to 15 minutes. 

Buffalo sauce has nothing on these crispy wings, tossed in a mixture of melted butter, garlic, parsley, and grated Parmesan. These are the best homemade wings.

Made these for my husband and his friend for a foorball snack.  They were raving abour them!  I didn't have  the freshl parmesan to grate so I did use the one from a jar and also used a dried parsley.  They said they wouldn't change a thing anyway!

I have never been a true fan of wings, but do make them for my family. They usually want buffalo or BBQ, but going forward, these wings will be on the table too. They are the best I've had, and the caesar dressing wasn't even necessary.

I loved this easy receipe ... normally do "real" Buffalo Wings being from Western NY but wanted to offer another variety at gathering and were a huge hit  ... i reserved some of the garlic butter and lightly coated bottoms of a couple fresh bread crust pizza's as well ... I have never really eaten wings very much, as they are usually way too greasy for me. Somehow I got a “hankering” and decided to try this recipe. OH WOW! Had sauce leftover so am making them again just 4 days later!!! This is a SUPER recipe. As they say, “try it, you’ll LIKE it”!

OMG! These wings are the best. Really, really good.

Tastes great. I substituted avocado oil because it’s high in MCT and also doesn’t smoke, making this even more keto friendly. Used Costco party wings cut into 1st and 2nd sections only. Also great with same ingredients but cooked in a charcoal kettle grill with a conic vortex briquette container.

The amount of butter is overkill, but otherwise this recipe turns out nice.  Keep an eye on the chicken toward the end of cook time as many ovens cook differently.

This is very yummy! I accidentally poured some red wine, instead of white wine in the pan (and then a little rose as I found I didn't have white)...but it was still delicious! I omitted the red pepper flakes on account of my elderly mother who can't stand a speck of heat, otherwise I would have tried that as well. I would definitely make this again. Thanks for sharing!

Easy to make, but did anyone have trouble with the cheese clumping? I couldn’t get it to smooth out even by adding extra butter or oil.

Simple and easy to make.  I enjoyed it and was surprised that it was not too high in the calorie department.  My only recommendation is using unsalted butter.  It gives you more control of your seasoning and flavor profile.

No One Can Resist This Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta!

Sticky Honey Garlic Butter Shrimp are coated in the most amazing sticky honey garlic butter soy sauce. This is a quick 20 minute meal that you will make again and again!

Sticky Honey Garlic Butter Shrimp

Honey

Soy Sauce

Garlic (minced)

Lemon

Shrimp

Tablespoons Butter

Green Onions (for garnish)

In a small bowl whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic and lemon. Add half of the sauce to the shrimp and let marinate for 30 minutes.

In a medium sized skillet add the butter. Add the shrimp and save marinade. Season with salt and pepper.

Turn the heat to medium high. Cook until the shrimp turns pink about 2 minutes each side.

Add the reserved marinade and pour over shrimp. Cook until the sauce starts to thicken and coats the shrimp. Garnish with green onions.

Make sure not to use 1/2 a teaspoon of salt. It’s way to salty. Just use 1/4 teaspoon

Absolutely Awesome!
I saw the recipe and had to make it.  I softened the butter in the microwave and mixed everything up in the same pyrex measuring cup.  I substituted dehydrated parsley, and let it rest in the butter for awhile before I spread it.  The garlic smelled very strong while cooking.  My wife is not a huge parmesan fan so I used about a tablespoon of grated.  It all came together beautifully.  There is no substitute for fresh garlic instead of powders and salts.  We only ate half of it for dinner.  We are going to put shredded mozzarella on the other half and put it under the broiler for a late night date night snack.  Enjoy!

AMAZING!  I will only make it this way from now on! No parsley so I added sprinkles of oregano. Used squeezable minced garlic too.

Everyone loved this garlic bread. I would either reduce the kosher salt or eliminate it entirely. The parmesan cheese added enough salty flavor to the mix for our taste.

Amazing!  I made it and my family loved it!!!  Nice and crispy and very tasty.  I replaced the salt with Adobo Seasoning and I also added onion powder and the dry chopped onion flakes.  Add a good amount of parmasan cheese!  I basically did the seasonings without the measurements, I just like to go my own way until I know it's a good amount for flavor.  Seasonings is key! :)

This was absolutely delish (get it) and it was gone within minutes. I reduced the salt to 1/4 of a cup and it was delicious. (I would also put extra parm on for extra flavor)

Herb butter or compound butter is easy and fun to make. It enahnces any food you'd normally add butter to.

Herb Butter: 8 Recipes

lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

sea salt and pepper

basil (about five leaves, stemm)

herbs (chives, basil, parsley, or rosemary)

sage (shredded)

T chives (parsley, tarragon, chervil,)

rosemary

mint

tarragon

horseradish cream

Sea salt and pepper

Allow the butter to soften.

Mix the parsley and chives together and then stir them into the softened butter.

Slowly add the lemon juice, stirring constantly.

Mix in sea salt and pepper to suit your taste.

Parsley and Chive Butter

Remove the basil leaves from the stem.

Pile them one on top of the other and roll into a tube. Envision a cigar.

Slice in 1/8- 1/4 inch slices all along the roll.

Allow the pieces to fall apart.

Stir the basil pieces into the butter.

Basil Butter

Mince the garlic and add it to the butter.

Combine the herbs to suit your taste.

Place in the fridge for 2 hours before using, so the flavors can blend.

Garlic Herb Butter

Cut the sage into 1/4 inch square pieces.

Mix the two together.

Sage Butter

Finely chop the parsley, tarragon, and chervil.

Snip the rosemary leaves.

Add all of the herbs to the butter and mix well

This butter will enhance the flavor of vegetables, fish, or French bread.

Fines Herbes Butter

Crumble the dried mint into the lemon juice. Stir well.

Slowly pour the juice into the butter stirring constantly.

Mint Butter

Crumble the dried herbs into the lemon juice and stir well.

Tarragon Butter

Stir in the horseradish cream and the chopped chives.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Refrigerate butter for several hours before serving.

Made this today and it was lovely. I did not make the potatoes - instead, I made basmati rice. Added some of the butter sauce to the rice with the baked lemons, fresh flat leaf parsley, and thyme - it was great! Definitely broil and go with skin on, bone in thighs.

I use canned whole potatoes and they are excellent with this chicken. It is such an easy, quick, delicious recipe!

The potatoes came out amazing! Best part of the whole meal! Just season it a little- no salt needed on the tots. The butter will cover that.

I made this last night with a few changes. I used half the butter that was called for and added sage and rosemary to the butter mixture. I also added seasoning to the potatoes along with a little olive oil (I would leave that out next time). It ended up needing an additional ten minutes in the oven (for a total of 45). The flavor was great on the chicken and potatoes. The only thing I was a little disappointed with was that some of the potatoes were slightly underdone, I’ll make sure that they’re cut up smaller next time.

Would recommend broiling the last few minutes.

Perfect and delicious!! I was looking for a garlic butter chicken recipe to compliment my garlic butter noodles and they went perfectly together. If you love your garlic and butter this recipe is one you definitely need to try. I left out the lemon slices because I didn't want it to be too tart for my noodles, I did use the lemon zest in the butter though. I also didn't have any fresh Thyme so I substituted 1 tsp of dried thyme and it seemed to be just fine. It definitely got the family's approval! I will have to try the full recipe another night and update my review.

This is my second time cooking this chicken. Mmmmm delicious. My husband and I love it. Having Pinto Beans, Wild Rice and Garlic Buttered baked chicken Thighs.

This was a good jumping off point for inspiration - made a dijon mustard, honey, garlic, lemon, butter sauce. Only used 2 cloves of garlic and my go to, Bragg's organic seasoning along with some dried thyme. Was in a hurry so didn't have a chance to read reviews prior to making - had the same issue with potatoes underdone. I would slice potatoes in thin rounds next time and season potatoes heavily as they were missing something. Served with a side of roasted brussel sprouts.

I made this recipe with bone in but skin off chicken and sweet potatoes under and it was delicious. I did not season the potatoes as they already have so much flavor and it was a hit.

I cut my potatoes up really small only used 2 potatoes tho and they came out soft and tender in 35 mins broil for 2 mins and left in oven to keep warm before serving. Meal was really good and I didn’t even have all the ingredients just seasoned really well. The lemons are a hit on the potatoes (yummy) will be trying this again.
