Healthy Matcha Green Tea Fudge Diy Protein Bars

(½ cup) Roasted Almond Butter

+ 2 tbs Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

1½ tsp Vanilla Crème-Flavored Stevia Extract

¾ tsp Almond Extract

(1¼ cups, lightly packed) Vanilla Brown Rice Protein Powder

(⅔ cup) Oat Flour

tbs Matcha Powder

Healthy Matcha Green Tea Fudge DIY Protein Bars

Line an 8x8” brownie pan with parchment paper. Set aside.

In an electric stand mixer bowl fitted with a beater attachment, add all of the ingredients. Mix on low speed until everything is fully incorporated. Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Mix on medium speed for one last mix. Mixture should be thick and fudgy, like cookie dough.

Scoop the mixture into the brownie pan and flatten it out. Tightly cover the pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

Lift the mixture out of the pan. Slice into 12 bars. Feel free to drizzle melted white, milk, or dark chocolate over the bars! Individually wrap the protein bars in plastic sandwich baggies. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or stash them in the freezer.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Bars

dates

peanuts

cocoa powder

Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Add dates, peanuts, protein powder, cocoa powder and sea salt into the base of your food processor. Process until everything is combined and peanuts are broken down into tiny bits.

At this point the mixture might be sticking together well and forming a ball of dough. If so, great! If not, it may be dry and not really sticking together (it will depend on how moist your dates were). If this is the case you’ll want to add a little water. Add 1 Tablespoon, run the food processor and see if the mixture starts holding together. If not, add another tablespoon and blend again. You&#8217;ll likely only need to add 1-3 Tablespoons of water.

Once the mixture is holding together, transfer into the loaf pan lined with parchment. Fold the parchment over top and press the mixture evenly into the pan. Once even, add chocolate chunks and press those into the top of the mixture as well.

Place the mixture in the fridge to harden up (about 30 mins to 1 hour) before removing from pan and cutting into 5 bars.

Store bars in fridge for up to 1 week. Enjoy cold or at room temperature.

These Protein Granola Energy Bars are a powerhouse of nutrition and energy! They're loaded with the goodness of oats, honey, chia seeds, protein, and chocolate chips. Perfect for taking with you, wherever you go.

Protein Granola Energy Bars (Gluten-free, Nut-free)

old fashioned rolled oats

vanilla protein powder

TB chia seeds

cinnamon

tsp table salt

sunflower (SunButter) butter (or a nut butter, if you prefer)

pure honey

milk (any kind)

mini chocolate chips

tsp pure vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350F with rack on lower middle position. Grease an 8&#215;8 baking pan and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the oats, protein powder, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt. Whisk to combine.

In another bowl, combine the sunflower butter, honey or maple syrup, milk, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract. Mix until incorporated. Pour mixture into the large bowl of dry ingredients. Stir and fold until fully combined. Using a rubber spatula, scrape mixture into the greased baking pan. Firmly and evenly press down.

Bake 18 minutes, or until edges turn golden grown. Center should still be soft. Let cool in pan completely before cutting into bars. If needed, cover and chill in fridge for easier cutting.

It's going to resemble a crumb, but keep mixing (and don't be afraid to use your hands) until it becomes a ball of dough.

At this point, you can add toppings, but it's optional. I melted down some white chocolate in the microwave (I did not measure how much I used) and then added a splash of milk to thin it out. I drizzle that over my bars, then topped with some additional sprinkles.

The bars are technically ready to eat right away, but the flavors really develop once everything settles. Add your bars to the fridge for at least 2 hours, but I found the best results when leaving them overnight. The sweetness level decreases as these sit and will taste much sweeter if eaten right away.

Healthy Red Velvet Fudge DIY Protein Bars

Fist-Sized Beets

Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

tbs Natural Butter Flavor

(1⅔ cups) Chocolate Brown Rice Protein Powder

oz Bittersweet Chocolate ((melted; I used 70% Cacao))

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Rinse and gently scrub two &nbsp;fist-sized beets. Wrap them completely in foil, place on a baking sheet, and bake for ~1½&nbsp;hours, or until a fork pierces through with ease.

Let sit until it’s cool enough to handle, then carefully unwrap the foil. Use a butter knife to scrape o the beet skins (they will fall off easily).&nbsp;Chop the beets into chunks and place in a food processor. Puree until completely smooth.

For the Roasted Beet Puree:

In an electric stand mixer bowl tted with a beater attachment, add all of the ingredients. Mix on low speed until everything is fully incorporated.&nbsp;Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Mix on medium speed for one last mix. Mixture should be thick and fudgy, like cookie dough.

Scoop the mixture into the brownie pan and atten it out. Tightly cover the pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

Lift the mixture out of the pan. Slice into 12 bars.

For the Protein Bars:

Place a silicone baking mat on top of a jelly roll pan and line the protein bars on top. With a large spoon, ladle the melted chocolate over the protein bars. Try to encase the entire protein bar with chocolate, but it doesn’t have to be perfect.

Refrigerate until firm (~1 hour). Individually wrap the protein bars in plastic sandwich baggies. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or stash them in the freezer.

Roll out the mixture to about 1/4&#8243;-1/2&#8243; and form a rectangle with your hands or press the mixture into a small square pan. Place in the refrigerator and chill for 20-30 minutes.

Homemade Protein Bars

flax seed

rolled oats, slightly ground (oat flour works too)

vanilla protein powder (chocolate can be used)

tsp vanilla extract

In a medium bowl, add all of the ingredients except the chocolate chips.  Stir and mix ingredients until combined.  The mixture should resemble cookie dough.

Fold in the chocolate chips.

Using your hands, press the mixture into the prepared pan.

Place in the refrigerator to chill for 20 minutes to make cutting easier.  You can speed up this process by placing the bars in the freezer for 10 minutes.

Once the bars are chilled and hold their form, use the parchment paper to lift the bars out of the pan.  Evenly cut into 10 bars.  Enjoy!

Vanilla Cupcake Low Carb Lite Protein Blend

maple syrup

almond flour

oat flour

almond milk

tbsp vanilla extract

nut butter (I used almond)

tbsp Swerve sugar substitute (optional)

sprinkles

Mix flours, protein, and sweetener in a bowl; set aside.

Mix nut butter and syrup and heat in microwave roughly 30 seconds; set aside.

Combine wet and dry mixtures.

Add vanilla and milk and continue stirring until a batter forms.

Transfer dough to baking dish and press down firmly to create an even layer.

Press sprinkles into the top and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm.

Cut into equal pieces and store in the fridge for up to one week.

Easy Homemade Protein Bars (Cinnamon Roll)

rolled oats (96 g; see note 2)

coconut oil (26 g; melted; refined recommended)

natural almond butter (118 g; see note 3)

honey (74 g; see note 4)

vanilla extract

water (*if needed)

sea salt (for sprinkling)

Dry ingredients

Pulse dry ingredients- In a 7 cup or larger food processor fitted with a steel S blade, add the protein powder, cinnamon and rolled oats. Blend for 1 minute, until oats are powdery and fine, as pictured above.

Wet ingredients

Add wet ingredients- Add melted coconut oil, almond butter, honey and vanilla extract to the food processor. Blend for another 30 seconds, until mixture is well combined.

Check

Check consistency- Fold some of the mixture in your hand; it should form a ball and not crumble. If the mixture is crumbly, add water and process again.

Press

Press &amp; chill- Line a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan with parchment, and press the protein bar mixture into the pan until smooth across the top. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt, then chill for 2 hours (or freeze for 30 minutes).

Slice- Pull the bars out of the loaf pan, and cut into 8 squares.

4.5 Ounces Dates (Whole Pitted)

3.9 Ounces Greek Yogurt (Your Choice Flavor)

Cup Rolled Oats

2.5 Scoops Protein Powder (Your Choice Flavor)

Tablespoons Peanut Butter

Process your Dates by pulsing them until a single date ball forms

Mix together your Greek Yogurt, Rolled Oats, Peanut Butter, and Protein Powder in a mixing bowl

Add and mix in your processed Dates

Mix in anything else you want like nuts, hemp seeds, chocolate chips, ground cinnamon, or dried fruit

Line a baking pan or dish with some parchment paper

Add your mix onto your pan or dish and shape it using your hands (keep them damp and it won&#39;t be as sticky)

Top with whatever you want like some nuts or chocolate chips

Bake them in the oven on 350F/176C for around 10-12 minutes or until your edges turn golden brown

Alternatively you can put them into the fridge for a few hours to harden up if you don&#39;t want them baked (not as travel friendly)
