Step 1
Combine the honey and barbecue sauce in a small dish. In a separate small dish, whisk together the paprika, sea salt, cumin, & onion powder.
Step 2
Pat the salmon fillets lightly with a paper towel & rub on the spice mixture to the side of the fillet without the skin.
Step 3
Pour the honey barbecue mixture over the side of the salmon with the spice rub & spread evenly.
Step 4
Air fry the salmon for 12 minutes at 360F.
Step 5
Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat. Drizzle with about 1 tbsp. olive oil.
Step 6
Add in the minced garlic, white onion, and tomatoes. Cook for about 5 minutes or until the onions are slightly caramelized and translucent.
Step 7
Add in the cauliflower rice and dried parsley.
Step 8
Cover the pan and cook for another 5 minutes until the cauliflower rice is heated through and tender.
