Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange oven rack to the middle of your oven.

In an 8-inch cast-iron skillet (or an ovenproof pan), melt the butter over medium-high heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant (30 seconds). Add the chicken and hot sauce and simmer until sauce has thickened and reduced by half (about 2 minutes).

Reduce heat to low and stir in cream cheese; mix until combined. Take off heat, stir through sour cream and top with both cheddar cheese(s) over the top.

Bake until bubbling around the edges and the cheese has melted (about 10 minutes). Broil (or grill) for a further minute to brown on top.

Immediately garnish with blue cheese and green onions. Serve with vegetable sticks, chips, crusty bread pieces for dipping.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with bleu cheese crumbles, if using.

Serve with celery sticks, fritos, pita chips, or tortilla chips.

Lightly spray the insert to the slow cooker with cooking spray or olive oil.

Mix together all ingredients except last 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and blue cheese crumbles and pour into the insert of the slow cooker. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and bleu cheese crumbles. Place lid on the slow cooker and turn on to the low or warm setting for up to 4 hours.

Line an 8x8-inch (20 x 20-cm) baking dish with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, chicken, hot sauce, cheeses, and ranch dressing mix with a fork until smooth and evenly mixed. Transfer to the prepared baking dish and smooth it with a spatula so that it’s spread evenly in the dish. Freeze until solid, at least 1 hour.

Working quickly, remove the solid mixture from the sheet and cut into 4x1-inch (10x3-cm) rectangles. (There should be 16 total.)

Bread each stick by coating in flour, then dredging in egg, and then dipping in bread crumbs. Dip once more in the egg, then once more in the bread crumbs, and transfer to a baking dish.

Heat the oil in a large pot until it reaches 375˚F (190˚C).

Carefully lower 3 or 4 of the coated sticks into the oil and fry for about 30 seconds, until golden brown. Continue this until all of the sticks are fried.

boneless skinless chicken breasts (16 ounces)

oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese (softened (Philadelphia))

Franks red hot sauce

blue cheese

white vinegar

scallions (optional for garnish)

celery sticks and carrot sticks (for dipping)

To make the shredded chicken, place chicken in the slow cooker and add enough water or chicken broth to cover. Cook high 4 hours. Remove and shred with two forks, discard the liquid.

Meanwhile, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, vinegar and hot sauce together until smooth. Add half of the blue cheese.

Transfer to the slow cooker with the chicken, mixing well and return to the slow cooker, cook low 2 to 3 hours.

Transfer to a serving dish and top with the remaining blue cheese, garnish with scallions. Serve hot.

To bake this in the oven, you can use cooked shredded chicken breast from a rotisserie chicken, then mix all the ingredients and place them in a baking dish. Bake 350F until hot, about 20 to 25 minutes.

Oven Method:

Cook chicken covered in water or broth 15 min high pressure. Once you shred and drain set the instant pot to the slow cooker mode, combine ingredients and proceed.

Preheat oven to 375F (190C).

Spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray. Unroll crescent roll dough; separate into 16 triangles. Overlap wide ends of each triangle to form a ring (dough will look like a sun when you’re finished). Lightly press the wide ends together.

In a separate bowl, stir together chicken, celery, and buffalo sauce.

In a small bowl, stir together cream cheese and dry Ranch seasoning powder. If your cream cheese is too cold, you can microwave it for about 15 seconds to soften (which will make it much easier to stir).

Add cream cheese mixture to the chicken mixture and stir until everything is completely combined.

Spoon chicken mixture over wide ends of dough. Fold the points of triangles over filling and tuck under wide ends (the filling will be visible).

Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and heated through. Serve with Ranch dressing for dipping, if desired.

Using a large pan, place frozen chicken breasts inside. Cover with water and boil on HIGH about 20 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked (absolutely NO pink!).

When fully cooked, remove from the pot and allow to rest until cool enough to handle (note- the cooking time for the chicken is not included in the total cooking time for this dish).

Prep. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. and spray a 9x9-inch baking pan (or approximate size) with non-stick cooking spray.

Warm the sauce. To a medium saucepot over medium-low heat add the cubed cream cheese, ranch dressing, hot sauce, black pepper, and garlic powder. Whisk constantly until the cream cheese has dissolved in the ranch and hot sauce. Remove from heat.

Combine. Add the cooked and shredded chicken, green onion, 1 cup of the shredded mozzarella cheese, and one cup of the shredded cheddar cheese to the sauce pot. Mix well to combine. Transfer to your prepared baking pan and top with remain mozzarella and cheddar cheese.

Bake. Bake for approximately 20-30 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the sides are starting to bubble. Set oven to BROIL. Allow your buffalo chicken dip to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the top is golden brown. Remove it immediately.
