Snickerdoodle Latte

milk

brown sugar

cinnamon

espresso coffee (hot)

Cinnamon Sugar to sprinkle on top (optional)

tbsp nutella

pumpkin puree

½ tsp pumpkin pie spice

tbsp caramel sauce (Homemade

salt

Pour the milk into a small jar that has a lid, add the light brown sugar and cinnamon.

Tighten the lid onto the jar and shake for about 1 min.

Remove the lid and heat the milk in the microwave for about 30 seconds.

Pour coffee or espresso into mug, pour the warm milk into the mug with the coffee. Spoon out any remaining foamy milk if left.

Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top. Serve warm and enjoy!

Original Irish Coffee

hot coffee

jigger Irish whiskey (1 1/2 ounces or 3 tablespoons)

Heavy cream, slightly whipped

Fill footed mug or a mug with hot water to preheat it, then empty. Pour piping hot coffee into warmed glass until it is about 3/4 full. Add the brown sugar and stir until completely dissolved. Blend in Irish whiskey. Top with a collar of the whipped heavy cream by pouring gently over back of spoon. Serve hot.

actually you're missing a step here, and they're out of order. start with a footed glass mug, add in your whiskey, I prefer Jameson's but any Irish will do, add in brown sugar and stirr it, you want to warm it slightly, then ignite the vapors. this carmelizes the sugar and warms the mug, blow out after ten seconds and fill with strong coffee leaving a finger width of room at the top of the mug. pulse heavy cream in blender about ten pulses, layer the cream over the back of a spoon, and it will float atop The beverage... carmelizing the sugar in this manner makes the drink much better tasting. 

so I work at McCarthy's Red Stag Pub and Whisky Bar in Bethlehem PA and  this is the same way we  make our Irish coffee.The only difference is we pour the heavy cream into a bottle and hand shake to get thick and then refrigerate.  And shake again when making the  coffee.   Our owner is from Ireland

Best Irish coffee ever... I didnt make a true Irish coffee. I used coffee, Jameson, and brown sugar, but I whipped my own irish cream from kirklands irish creme and heavy cream and then froze it. So I put two balls of frozen Irish whipped cream in and the cream melted and floated across the top. Super tasty!

I've been looking for the perfect Irish coffee and this is it! I used decaf coffee and Jameson whiskey... great nightcap!

i've made this recipe probably a dozen times and i have to say, the biggest variant is the coffee beans used, the method and of course just make sure you have brown sugar.  Honestly i haven't played around with the type of whiskey so much, but from what i gather it could be another variable to making the perfect irish coffee.  Like others have said make sure the cream is only slightly whipped, too much and it just sits as a blob atop the drink, preventing any liquid from passing through it. You know you have whipped it right, if over time it slowly starts incorporating with the drink.

I filled up a 1 oz shot glass to the brim with Jamesons (luckily, i had just purchased some heavy cream) and it was delicious.  I had two cups Christmas morning.  Oh, and I added, just the slightest drop of Peppermint extract.  

This is the real deal as served at (with slight variations which I will mention) Tom Bergin's in Los Angels and the Golden Gate in San Francisco, two of the several places which claim to have originated the drink.  

The key, as explained to me by an old bartender at Tom Bergin's many years ago is slightly -- not fully -- whipped cream.  Whip it until it just begins to thicken, that's all.  Fully whipped cream is not correct and really changes the drink for the worse.  Whipped cream from a can is -- well, any port in a storm I guess, if that's all you have.  

Tom Bergin's made the drink with two teaspoons of white sugar.  A tablespoon is really excessive -- both two teaspoons and one tablespoon (as specified here) create a tooth-rattlingly sweet drink.  My preference is for a level teaspoon, but you should sweeten to taste.  White/brown/turbinado, any sugar will do and doesn't make too much difference to the drink.  The important thing is to start with good coffee!  

Fantastic!  After going to Ireland the one thing I noticed was the use of raw sugar not brown sugar in the coffee. However the did call it brown sugar. Highly recommend going to Ireland to have one, or two ;. Wonderful!!!

This is my favorite alcoholic drink.  Perfect for after a long workout or run.  Heating the spoon helps a little for floating the heavy cream.

Very good AND fairly easy. I used a little less (raw) sugar. Reading through the comments was helpful...great tips...especially about how much to whip the cream. We've had a hard time finding a restaurant that does it right. I got it the first time with this recipe and the tips from others. It looks like it should look like a Guiness with a good head of foam.

Growing up in Chicago, we ate a ton of amazing Mexican food. Most of my favorite Mexican places had horchata de arroz, a rice milk spiced with cinnamon. It's sooooo good! This version blends horchata into a frozen latte. Espresso mixed with cinnamon and creamy milk is the most delicious way to get a brunchtime caffeine buzz.

Frozen Horchata Latte

In a high-speed blender, add the rice, almonds, cinnamon sticks and 2 cups water. Blend until the cinnamon sticks are broken up. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours and up to 14 hours.

Strain the rice mixture through a fine-mesh strainer, reserving the liquid. Add the liquid to a blender with the espresso, sugar, ice cream and ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Divide the shake into 2 cups. Top with whipped cream, dust with cinnamon and sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles.

Starbucks Iced Caramel Macchiato Recipe

Vanilla Syrup

Cup Ice Cubes (approximately), divided

Cup Cold Milk

Shots Espresso (or about 1/4 cup coffee)

Tablespoon Caramel Sauce

Add vanilla syrup to the bottom of a 16 oz cup.

Add ice cubes until the glass is about half-full. Slowly pour the milk over the ice cubes.

Add more ice until it almost reaches the top of the cup (if using a lid I would leave at least 1&#8243; of space so it doesn&#8217;t overflow). Slowly pour espresso over the top. Drizzle the caramel evenly over the top layer.

Swirl drink to combine ingredients before drinking. Enjoy!

I was craving a caramel macchiato right now. I didn’t have vanilla syrup but I did have maple syrup. Let me tell you just as good. I’m saving this recipe for my morning coffee. Absolute lifesaver. Taste amazing

Apple Spice Latte. This creamy, slightly spicy apple spice latte is the perfect comforting drink to sip on while enjoying all that the Fall Season has to offer.

Apple Spice Latte

apple juice

water

apple pie spice*

coffee

apple spice syrup

milk/cream/half n half

Whipped cream

apple pie spice

In a small saucepan add the apple juice, water, light brown sugar and apple pie spice. Whisk to combine.

Bring mixture to a simmer while stirring occasionally. Allow to simmer about 5-7 minutes until the amount has reduced to about half. The syrup will be thicker and will thicken more as it cools.

Once the syrup is cooled slightly you can pour into a jar for storage. Can store in air tight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 weeks. Just shake before use. Can also re-heat before adding to the coffee.

Prepare your coffee.

Pour the 4 tablespoons of apple spice syrup and the milk or cream into the hot coffee. Stir to combine. Serve warm.

Steam the milk with an espresso machine (stretching the milk to 20 to 25% in height), or froth the milk with a frother, French press or whisk.

Pour the coffee in a cup. Add the steamed milk and serve immediately.

So fast and easy, not overly sweet, and uses ingredients already on hand. I added a little chocolate sauce on top with the whipped cream. Definitely worth making, and you save a bundle over going out for a frozen coffee.

WOW, this was fabulous! I changed 1 thing. I used half &amp; half. So easy and delish 

I followed the recipe sort of as instead of milk, I used Irish Cream creamer and didn't use the vanilla extract. I also limited the sugar by 2tbsp since the creamer already had sugar. I blended it with the vitamix and came out perfect.

Love I was looking for a low calorie frappachino. Used one cup of regular coffee, 2% milk, Stevia and added caramel sugar free coffee mate. Blended in Vitamix. Takes about 5 minutes.

Italian Iced Coffee

Place the hot coffee and the sugar in a measuring cup and stir until the sugar dissolves. Add the milk and pour the mixture into a blender. Add the ice and blend on high speed for 45 to 60 seconds, until the ice cubes have completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth and creamy. Pour into 2 or 3 small glasses, dust lightly with the cocoa powder, and drink ice cold.

Pour water into water reservoir of drip coffee maker. Place coffee filter into top canister and put coffee grinds in. Press "On!"

I just saw Ina make this on her show and had to try it. I never go out for coffee drinks but they always look so good. This drink was perfect-not too sweet with delicious coffee flavor, yet special enough to feel like it’s a treat!! I will definitely make again!

When it comes to layering, there is no better example than a Pousse-Cafe cocktail. It might be old school technique, but the layering is as fresh as the latest Tik Tok trend. Laughing Man is my favorite local coffee shop and a Black and Tan is my favorite go to casual drink. This cocktail is a mash up of the two.

The Dubliner

Add the large ice cube to a stemmed, wide-mouthed cocktail glass. Using the back of a large spoon, carefully pour the stout into the glass over the ice cube. Carefully layer the espresso liqueur, using the back of the spoon again, over the ice cube.

In a shaker, add some ice, the heavy cream and curacao and whip-shake until combined. Float the cream on top of the coffee-infused stout, layering again with the back of a large spoon. Garnish with a couple coffee beans and serve immediately.

No-Churn Mocha Affogato

heavy whipping cream,

instant espresso granules

can sweetened condensed milk

mini chocolate chips

No-Churn Mocha Affogato as seen on Valerie's Home Cooking, Season 13.

Add the heavy cream and instant espresso granules to a large glass mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer to beat together until the espresso dissolves into the cream and stiff peaks form, 3 to 5 minutes.

Add the sweetened condensed milk to a second glass mixing bowl. Delicately fold the espresso whipped cream into the sweetened condensed milk in 3 increments, being sure the whipped cream is evenly combined before adding more.

Pour half of the mixture into a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan. Sprinkle the mixture with half of the chocolate chips. Use a spoon to stir and swirl the chocolate chips into the mixture. Top with the remaining mixture and chocolate chips. Once again, stir and swirl the chocolate chips so they are evenly dispersed into the ice cream mixture.

Cover and freeze until completely set, at least 4 hours or preferably overnight.

To serve, scoop the ice cream into coffee cups or mugs. Top with coffee liqueur and coffee. Serve immediately.

Mocha Coconut Frappes

coconut cream

Mocha Coconut Frappe as seen on Ace of Taste, Season 1.

Place the coconut cream in a large bowl, or the bowl of a stand mixer if using, and refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Add the coconut milk, coffee, ice, 3 tablespoons sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla and salt to a blender and blend on high speed until smooth and frothy, about 1 minute. Pour the frappe into 2 glasses and refrigerate while you whip the coconut cream.

Whip the chilled coconut cream and the remaining 1 teaspoon sugar in a stand mixer, or with a hand mixer, until it holds soft peaks, about 1 minute. Transfer to a piping bag fitted with an open star tip and pipe a swirl of whipped cream onto each drink. Sprinkle the cream with the toasted coconut and dust lightly with cocoa powder.

Pots de Creme

Place the chocolate in a blender. Whisk the milk, 1 cup cream, egg yolks, granulated sugar and salt in a heavy-bottomed medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring constantly with a heatproof spatula, until the mixture is thick enough to coat the spatula and almost boiling, 5 to 6 minutes.

Immediately pour the milk mixture over the chocolate in the blender. Cover and hold the lid with a thick kitchen towel; blend until combined and smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides of the blender as needed. Divide the chocolate mixture among ramekins or small cups and refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.

Whip the remaining 1/2 cup cream and the confectioners' sugar with a mixer or in the blender until soft peaks form. Top the chilled pots de creme with whipped cream.

I prefer to use dark chocolate which makes a delicious rich chocolate. I also add a 1/4-1/2 teaspoon vanilla to the whipped cream topping. Delicious. 

So delicious and yet so easy!!!!  I will make many more times!! Perfect for a casual or a nice dinner party

So I have these in the fridge firming up as we speak. I was a bit concerned that the mixture was too thin but 1 hour in the fridge and they are definitely on their way. I added cinnamon and fresh nutmeg to the chocolate before adding the cream mixture sooo good. Definitely will make this again 

My daughter made this for our Easter dessert and it was amazing! Tasted like we were eating a  soft chocolate egg. We served ours in a tea cup with whipped cream, berries and mint garnish.

Fantastic! Such an easy dessert to make for company. After reading the reviews, I only put in 1/2c. hot coffee and added in 1/2c. hot heavy cream. I just feel cream is key to a good pot de creme. I also subbed 2 tsp of dark rum for the vanilla. Make sure your coffee and cream are extremely hot. I popped both in the microwave before putting in my vitamix. The result was a delicious creamy, indulgent dessert. This is a keeper! 

After reading the reviews I was a little leery of making these desserts for a dinner party on Saturday without a test run.  I made these pots de crème last night and they turned out fantastic.  One modification, I used 1/2c heavy cream, 1/2 c coffee (both extremely hot).  My spouse can be a picky eater, and even he enjoyed this dessert.  I used to make pots de crème years ago and they can be a bit labor intensive (probably why I stopped making them).  Easy clean up also, definitely a do over. 

Probably one of the easiest, best tasting and impressive desserts I've made. Any of the reviewers who say they followed the recipe exactly and it didn't turn out...really didn't follow the instructions. The eggs must be at room temperature and the coffee freshly brewed piping hot. I even preheated the measuring cup to make sure not to cool down the coffee at all. 

Tiramisu Italiano

Cream together egg yolks and sugar in a heatproof bowl set over a pot of simmering water. Add 1/3 cup of the marsala and continue to whisk until mixture is thick and doubled in volume. This is basically a zabaglione. Remove from heat. Stir in the mascarpone until completely blended.

In a chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream to soft peaks. Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture, to lighten.

In a small saucepan, combine espresso, chocolate, rum, vanilla, and remaining 2 tablespoons marsala. Heat gently, and stir to dissolve the chocolate. Then, chill the mixture to cool it down, about 15 minutes. Quickly dip each ladyfinger in the chilled coffee mixture and arrange in a single layer on a 9 by 13-inch glass baking pan. Do not soak the cookies or they will become too moist. Spread 1/2 the mascarpone cream evenly with a spatula on top of the dipped ladyfingers. Repeat with a second layer of dipped ladyfingers and remaining mascarpone cream. Sprinkle top with cocoa powder. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.

This is absolutely delicious. I did a test run for Christmas and it’s definitely on the menu. Make it because you won’t be disappointed. 

This recipes is a winner. I have made it many times. I skip the saucepan and just put my warm espresso in a bowl with the other ingredients. Pro tip, let it sit for at least two days in the fridge, the flavors will meld together to create a perfect dessert. Also, you can freeze portions you don't eat and when you have guests pull it out and let it thaw either overnight in the fridge or on the counter a few hours before eating. Still good. Possibly even better. 

I have tried many tiramisu recipes and this is the winner! The flavor is authentic—not too sweet or too much whipped cream, and it was simple to make. If I owned a restaurant, I would serve this delicious dessert!

Make the coffee. In a large pitcher, combine the coffee and 4 cups water. Stir and refrigerate for at least 8 hours. Line a fine-mesh sieve with a coffee filter or wet paper towel and set over a large bowl. Pour the coffee mixture into the filter and allow to drain. Discard the coffee grounds.

Make the syrup. Meanwhile, combine the brown sugar and 1/2 cup water in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium-high heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves and the liquid thickens slightly. Transfer to a container and allow to cool to room temperature.

Make the foam. Put the milk and brown sugar in a large bowl. Using a hand mixer or your go-go gadget arm with a whisk, vigorously whisk the mixture until you see it foaming on top.

Assemble the coffee. Fill a glass with ice and a tablespoon or so of the syrup, then pour in the chilled coffee. Using a spoon, carefully spoon the foamy top layer of the milk on top of the coffee. You may need to whisk more to get more foam. Finish with a dusting of cinnamon sugar. Serve cold.
