I made these. They turned out well. Too salty for me as I'm on low sodium intake. Wasn't thinking about that when I made them. Next time I'll omit the salt and use much less cheese. I also lightly sprayed a baking pan with olive oil. When cooled they slid right off. All in all, a nice snack.

Mine also tuned out well. I had to add time for them to get really crisp. Can nutritional yeast be substituted for some of the Parmesan cheese?

I made them. Didn't like them the first time I made them to salty and not much of a fan of parmesan cheese. So I tried them with almond flour and they turned out pretty good.

I did it. It definitely needed a higher heat. After 45 min on 325 I bumped it up to 375. They're ok.

I too panicked when I saw them brown on edges and took out too soon.  Good still but not chip like. I’ll follow closely (and read reviews first) next time.

This is the second time I'm making this appetizer. These are THE BOMB! 💣 First time I made my chips too thick. They were still awesome. I am now making them smaller and thinner for more crispness. You HAVE to allow them to cool for their ultimate flavor.

This meal was my first foray into zoodles. OMG, it was gone and my table was delivering rave reviews!  We will most definitely be making this one again.

Not really all that great instructions. I also believe that their should be some nutritional information on this. Would also like to add that when me and my mom made this it was only enough for one small bowl for each of us. Not sure if the zoodles were supposed to be drained of all the liquid because this was my first dish with zoodles in it, but I found out that when it was almost a soup when we were done making it.

chicken breasts, trimmed of excess fat

tsp black pepper

tsp paprika (or smoked paprika)

romaine lettuce

eggs

avocados,

cherry tomatoes, sliced

green onions

blue cheese crumbles

Whisk all dressing ingredients (except heavy cream) in a small mixing bowl.&nbsp; Add heavy cream, starting with 2 Tbsp and increasing 1 Tbsp at a time, whisking until dressing has reached desired consistency.&nbsp; Set dressing aside.

To a large skillet, add bacon slices and cook over MED LOW heat until crisp.&nbsp; Remove to a plate to cool.&nbsp; Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper and paprika.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Increase skillet heat to MED/MED-HIGH and add chicken breasts, cooking 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through and golden brown.&nbsp; Remove to plate to cool.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Crumble bacon, and slice chicken once cooled.

Assemble salad by adding romaine lettuce to large bowl.&nbsp; Top with hard-boiled eggs, avocado, tomatoes, green onions, blue cheese, bacon crumbles and sliced chicken.

Serve drizzled with ranch dressing.

Here is a Ketofied version of the Grand Daddy of all Casseroles, the Tuna Casserole. &nbsp;But this version is Keto and low carb safe. &nbsp;It’s delicious, simple, to make and made with whole food ingredients. &nbsp;It’s a dish the entire family will enjoy.

Keto Tuna Casserole

Zucchini (Spiralized)

Cans Albacore Tuna (Drainged)

Cup Chopped Onion (Finely chopped)

Celery Stalks (Finely chopped)

Oz Mushrooms (Finely chopped)

Cup Sour Cream

Mayonnaise

tbsp Mustard

Oz Cheddar cheese (Shredded)

Cup Almond Flour

Oz Grated Parmesan Cheese

tbsp Butter (Melted)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Spiralize and sweat your zucchini for 30 minutes (demo in video). After 30 minutes wring well to dry.

Sauté onions, celery and mushrooms using 2 tbsp of butter untitled softened. Set aside.

Combine sour cream and mayo. &nbsp;Season to taste and mix well.

Add flaked drained tuna into sour cream and mayo mixture and incorporate well. &nbsp;Pour tuna sauce mixture over your zucchini in a 9x13 Casserole dish.

Add your sautéed vegetables. &nbsp;Combine well.

Add in your 4 oz of Shredded Cheddar cheese and stir well to incorporate.

In separate bowl add 1/2 cup of blanched almond flour, and 4 oz. of grated Parmesan cheese and mix together well. Breaking up all of the clumps in the flour.

Add 2 tbsp of melted butter to your flour and cheese mixture and mix well. &nbsp;As you mix this will form a crumble.

Sprinkle your keto breadcrumbs over the top of your casserole.

Bake for 30 - 45 minutes (check often). Bake until golden brown.

Optional Step: &nbsp;After your Tuna Casserole is baked through, broil the top of the casserole for 1 - 2 minutes to make your bread crumbs golden brown.

Let rest for 15 minutes before serving.

Instant Pot Korean Beef Bulgogi is adapted from the cookbook, Instant Pot Cookbook for Dummies by Elizabeth Ann Shaw and Wendy Jo Peterson. Make this healthy Asian meal for dinner tonight in your electric pressure cooker or on the stove top.

Adaptations to the original recipe are shown in bold. Nutrition based off keto option.

Instant Pot Korean Beef Bulgogi (Keto and Stove top Options)

filtered water

low-sodium gluten free soy sauce or coconut aminos

rice wine vinegar

brown sugar, coconut palm sugar,

sesame oil

ginger

cornstarch (we use arrowroot starch)

onion,

garlic

sliced bell peppers

green onion, chopped,

red pepper flakes,

white rice, quinoa, brown rice, or cauliflower rice, divided

In a small bowl, whisk together water, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, ginger, and cornstarch. Set aside.

Press Saute (High) on the Instant Pot and add the ground beef. When the beef begins to brown (about 3 minutes), add in the onion, garlic, and bell peppers. Continue to cook for 5 minutes. When finished, press Cancel.

Stir in the sauce and select Pressure Cook (High) and Keep Warm (Off), adjust the timer to 5 minutes using the +/- button, and secure the lid. Ensure the vent is set to Sealing.

When the cooking completes, press Cancel, remove the lid, stir, and portion into 4 bowls, served over 1/2 cup of Brown Jasmine Rice. Garnish as desired with green onion, red pepper flakes, and Sriracha.

Eating Keto on a Budget? Chicken Wings are a great and inexpensive addition to any Ketogenic Diet. Loaded with fat and as "delicious" as always, just be sure to make enough for everyone.

Easy Buffalo Wings - Deep Fried Chicken Recipe

lb Chicken Wings

tbsp Hot Sauce

Trim the wing tips off the chicken wings and split the wing into the wingette and drumette.

Place the wingettes and drumettes into a bowl and marinate in the garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper and oil. Leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat your deep fryer to 180C/355F.

Deep fry the wingettes and drumettes (in batches if your fryer is small) for around 6-8 minutes. To check if they are done, cut the meat on a diagonal down to the bone - if the bone is red the chicken requires more cooking.

Mix the hot sauce and melted butter and toss the wings through it. We recommend serving it with our Feta Cheese Dressing.
