With this easy-to-make protein pancakes recipe, you can enjoy a high-protein breakfast that will keep you feeling full for hours. Topped with fresh berries, peanut butter, or drizzled in syrup, these protein pancakes are a great way to start off your day.

How to Make It: 

Blend up all the ingredients in a high-powdered blender.
Heat up a griddle over medium heat. If you don’t have a griddle, use a flat pan on the stove. Spray down the hot griddle (or pan) with cooking spray, or melt a small amount of butter.
For perfect sized pancakes, pour 1/4 cup of the mixture on the griddle.

This healthy vegan chocolate pudding recipe is insane! It requires just TWO ingredients, is extremely easy and quick to make, and tastes unbelievably delicious.

favorite plain, unsweetened plant-based yogurt ((I use Forager's Plain, Unsweetened Cashewgurt))

Add the ingredients into a bowl and stir well until the protein powder is completely dissolved and mixed into the yogurt. You can eat the pudding by itself, but I also suggest topping it with fresh strawberries or raspberries, or bananas and chopped walnuts!

nut butter of choice, (or allergy-friendly sub)

tbsp chocolate protein powder

tsp pure vanilla extract

Notes: If using applesauce or unsweetened protein powder, or if planning to eat the brownies unfrosted, I recommend including the sweetener of choice. Using peanut butter gives a peanut-butter flavor, while almond or cashew butter taste more neutral. Sunbutter or pumpkin seed butter can be used for allergy-friendly brownies. You can use regular unsweetened cocoa or a combination of regular and dutch.Preheat oven to 325 F. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper. If using natural nut butter, gently warm it until it is easily stir-able. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, stir until completely smooth, and spread into the prepared pan (see video). Bake on the center rack 20-25 minutes (20 for super fudgy brownies) – they will be undercooked when you take them out. Let cool, then loosely cover with a paper towel and place in the fridge overnight, during which time they will firm up without losing their fudginess. They are also much sweeter the next day! Frosting options are listed earlier in this post, and you need about 1/2 cup total. Once cut, the brownies can either be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days or in the freezer for up to a month. 1 scoop protein powder

Pancake Instructions 
Heat pan on medium (Make sure the pan is hot before pouring batter)
Spray with cooking oil or just put some oil on the pan
Pour pancake batter on the pan 
Wait for it to bubble and the bottom to brown
Flip !
Put on plate, top with A LOT of fruit, A LOT of peanut butter, and A LOT of maple syrup!

I Did Lilly Sabri’s 14 Day Summer Shred Challenge *ABS WITHOUT RESTRICTING* |  & Everything I Ate!

Up your protein with these pancakes made with eggs, oats, milk and protein powder. A great breakfast after a workout, enjoy with nut butter or fruit

Easy protein pancakes

eggs

tbsp milk (dairy, soya, oat

tbsp baking powder

tbsp protein powder (whey, pea or whatever your preference)

coconut oil,

nut butter, maple syrup and berries

Whizz the banana, oats, eggs, milk, baking powder, cinnamon and protein powder in a <a href="https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/content/test-five-best-blenders">blender</a> for 1-2 mins until smooth. Check the oats have broken down, if not, blend for another minute.

Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan. Pour or ladle in 2-3 rounds of batter, leaving a little space between each to spread. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until bubbles start to appear on the surface and the underside is golden. Flip over and cook for another minute until cooked through. Transfer to a warmed oven and repeat with the remaining batter. Serve in stacks with nut butter, maple syrup and fruit.

The recipe yields 16 2&quot; square brownies baked in an 8x8 inch pan. All quantities displayed below are triple those of Boo’s original single-serve recipe, and slightly adjusted to my preferences and what I had on hand: Instead of whey protein, I used PEScience’s Whey-Casein blend. I also used oat flour in place of all purpose flour and reduced Erythritol from 135g to 100g.

In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients (cocoa, protein powder, oat flour, erythritol, baking powder and salt.. everything but your carbonated liquid) until evenly distributed. My cocoa powder was clumpy, so I used a sieve to break up all the lumps!

Let cool in the pan for 5 more minutes after baking, then an additional 30 minutes out of the pan before slicing and storing. As Boo notes, the brownies continue to cook in the pan after leaving the oven, and may not have set completely.

4 Ingredient Protein Bars - The EASY Recipe!

These Low Fat Peanut Butter Protein Cereal Bars made with powdered peanut butter for all the PB flavor without the fat. Sweetened with protein powder and sugar-free syrup, and made with oats, puffed rice and cheerios cereal, this recipe makes delicious and healthy cereal breakfast bars!

Low Fat Peanut Butter Protein Cereal Bars

Instant (or Rolled) Oats (45 grams)

Puffed Brown Rice Cereal (9 grams)

Cheerios (14 grams)

½ scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (15 grams, 2-3 Tbsp)

Peanut Butter Powder (64 grams)

Tbsp Almond Milk

Tbsp Maple Syrup (Sugar-free recommended)

Line a 8½ x 4½” loaf pan with parchment paper (or use moulds or a tray). Leave an overhang to lift out later.

In a large bowl, combine oats, brown rice puffs cereal, cheerios and protein powder.

In a small bowl, stir together peanut butter powder and almond milk until completely smooth.

Pour in peanut butter mixture and maple syrup into cereal. Use a spatula and fold to combine. It may take some time, but you will get a tough mixture that holds together.

Transfer to prepared loaf pan, spread and press down to smoothen.

Place pan in the fridge for about 15 minutes to harden.

Lift out of pan using lining, place on cutting board and using a sharp knife, slice into 8 bars.
