Muddle lemons, sage leaves, Simple Syrup, and salt in a pitcher. Just before serving, add club soda and stir to combine. Divide among 4 rocks glasses filled with ice.

Serve a round of Curtis Stone's non-alcoholic summer drink, made with fresh strawberries, lime juice and mint.

To get the most from your limes make sure they’re at room temperature, then roll firmly on your work bench pressing with your palm to release as much juice as you can before halving and juicing.

Pour some kosher salt into a small dish. Rub 1 lime slice over half the rim of an Old Fashioned glass (if you prefer your Margarita on the rocks) or a coupe glass (if you prefer it up). Dip rim of glass into salt.

Combine tequila, agave syrup, and juice in a cocktail shaker; fill with ice and shake well. Strain into prepared glass. Garnish with second lime slice.

This Salty Dog recipe is basically grapefruit juice doctored up with booze and salt—what's not to love?

Pour coarse salt onto small plate. Moisten rims of 2 highball glasses. Gently dip rims into salt to coat lightly. Fill glasses with ice cubes. Pour 1/4 cup vodka over ice in each glass. Divide grapefruit juice between glasses and serve.

To your blender container, add water, milk, matcha powder and honey. Blend for a few seconds until everything is combined.

Add ice to serving glasses. Pour matcha latte into the glasses and serve. You can dust the top with extra matcha powder if you want.

Fill both glasses with ice cubes.

Add 3 oz. of prosecco to each glass...

Add 3 oz. of prosecco to each glass (around half full).

Add 2 oz. of Aperol to each glass...

Add 2 oz. of Aperol to each glass and top with soda (about 1 oz.).

Garnish with orange slices and serve immediately.

Aperol Spritz

Tepache is a fermented pineapple liquor commonly sold by street vendors in parts of Mexico.

Tepache

turbinado sugar

palm sugar, chopped

coriander seeds

grains of paradise

peppercorns

cubeb pepper

Combine pineapple, turbinado sugar, palm sugar, coriander, grains of paradise, long peppercorns, cubeb peppers, and 8 cups warm water in a 4-quart container with a tight-fitting lid. Stir to combine, cover tightly, and set aside in a warm, draft-free area (about 75°F) until sugar is dissolved, mixture is slightly warmer than room temperature, and a little fizzy, 2-3 days. (Check after the 2nd day. If mixture isn’t ready, cover and let ferment another day).

Using a slotted spoon, skim the solids from the top of the container and discard. Strain mixture through a cheese-cloth-lined fine-meshed sieve into a 3-qt. container. Cover and let sit at room temperature overnight, then refrigerate.

DO AHEAD: Tepache can be made up to one week ahead.

White Sangria

(750 ml) white wine, chilled

(375 ml) tonic water

mint leaves

In a pitcher, combine all the ingredients except the tonic water and ice cubes. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Add the tonic and ice just before serving. Garnish each glass with mint leaves.

Fabulous!  We didn’t do the rims, and didn’t follow exact measurements, just winged it.  My oh my, what a fabulous summer cocktail!

i love these and now keep bags of frozen watermelon in the freezer to make them up anytime in no time.

The recipe is good . I added a splash of fresh ginger juice to give more of a bite came out really great and if you use the triple decker that contains alcohol it’s even better . I rated it a 4 because I’m not big on fruity cocktails I’m a whiskey guy my wife enjoys fruity cocktails and as a chef I enjoy making new things for her we both get excited she love this drink and the little tweak I added to it I also let the watermelon freeze overnight so it didn’t fell to juice once hit the glass..

I'm going to try this out after I go to the store on Wednesday.

Keep It Cool With Frozen Watermelon Margaritas

<em>This refreshing Watermelon Slushie Recipe is made with only 4 healthy ingredients! It's easy to make and perfect for a hot summer day. </em>

Watermelon Slushie Recipe 

Seedless Watermelon Cubes, frozen for at least 24 hours

2-4 tbsp Maple Syrup*

Lime

Water

First, let the Frozen Watermelon chunks sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes to defrost some. Then, add the Watermelon, 2 tbsp Maple Syrup, Lime Juice, Mint, and Water to a high-speed blender.

Pulse the blender until the Watermelon starts to break up some, then blend to form a thick, slushie consistency. Adjust the Maple Syrup to taste, adding more if necessary. If the mixture is too thick for your liking, you can also add in extra water.

Divide equally into 4 glasses, serve, and enjoy!

You made these for us and they were refreshing (what?! No AC?) and delicious! Your patio furniture looks very nice too!

 Hi,i just copied down your watermelon slushie recipe that i want to try making it in my blender.I only have a magic bullet blender for 1 person and i was wondering how i can make your slushie for 1 person in my blender.
 I am a type 2 diabetic so i am not sure if i can use maple syrup in the slushie recipe.What else can i use in place of the maple syrup?

I can no use maple syrup and monk fruit sugar works great. Plus it helps process sugar in us. I love the receipe. For adult version I love to add a marachino cherry plus a shot of vodka worn your guest's.

Add the lemon juice and a bit of salt. Stir to blend.

Once the lemonade has cooled to room temperature, place it in the refrigerator.
