Delicious Grilled Pork Chops covered in a sweet and tangy Apple Dijon Glaze. Simple to make with easy to find ingredients. A ton of flavor with very little effort!

Simple Grilled Pork Chops With Apple Dijon Glaze

6-10 Pork Chops, 3/4-1 inch thick, boneless or bone-in

olive oil

salt & black pepper

garlic cloves, minced

apple juice

mustard

tbsp dijon mustard

tsp salt

cornstarch

water

Simple Grilled Pork Chops with Apple Dijon Glaze

Drizzle a little olive oil on both sides of each pork chop. Next sprinkle a little salt and a lot of black pepper to each side.&nbsp;

Prepare your grill to a medium high heat. This will be around 450 on your gas grill. If you are using charcoal, like me, set your grill up with an even, medium layer of white hot charcoals directly under the area that the chops will be cooked.

Once the grill grate is hot, lay your pork chops on the grill. I like to time mine about 4 minutes on the first side, flip, and 4 minutes on the second side. (this is for 1 inch bone-in or boneless pork chops)

Your chops should be at least 145 degrees fahrenheit, read on a meat thermometer. I usually cook mine closer to 150 degrees.

Let the pork chops rest, uncovered, off the grill for 5 minutes before serving.

Grilled Pork Chops

I like to make the glaze while the pork chops are resting, or if someone else is grilling I will make it while the chops are on the grill

In a saucepan add the oil and garlic over low heat and lightly cook the garlic until it is warm and fragrant, about 3 mins. (make sure the garlic does not brown)&nbsp;

Add the thawed or semi thawed apple juice concentrate and warm thru.&nbsp;

Whisk in both mustards and the salt until they are well combined and emulsified. Increase the heat to medium, medium-low and bring the glaze to a hard simmer. (It will still be very thin at this point). Simmer for 2-3 minutes.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Mix together the cornstarch and water in a separate bowl. Stir until the cornstarch is dissolved in the water, make sure you get all thick cornstarch off the bottom of the bowl.

Turn the temp down to low and stir the cornstarch mixture into the apple juice/mustard mixture. Cook for another minute.&nbsp;

Pull the glaze off the heat. It will thicken as it sits, about 3 minutes. (If you want your glaze a little thicker put it back on low heat and add another 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 1/2 tsp cold water)

Apple Dijon Glaze

Place the Grilled Pork Chops on a serving platter or in a casserole pan, it is ok if they overlap. Pour half the Apple Dijon Glaze over the warm pork chops. Put the remaining Apple Dijon Glaze in a serving container for the table.

Serving/Assembling

Place your pork chops into a large zipper seal bag. (You may need two if your chops are very large.)

Add the garlic, thyme, parsley and rosemary to the bag (or split between the two bags).

In a medium bowl, whisk the vinegar, salt, pepper, mustard and sugar then slowly whisk in the oil. Add to the bag(s). Refrigerate overnight for at least 12 hours but no more than 24 hours.

When you are ready to grill, heat one side of your grill to high and the other to low. Clean and oil your grill grates.

Remove pork from the marinade and discard the marinade.

Pat the pork dry and brush with some vegetable oil.

Place on hot side and grill 2-3 minutes then turn one quarter turn and grill for 2 more minutes. This will create the cross marks on the surface.

Flip and grill 2 more minutes then move to the cool side and close the cover. If you can maintain a temperature in the grill, it should be at about 425 degrees F.

Cook on the cool side until the internal temperature of the thickest part of the pork chop is 145 degrees F. They will continue to cook once outside the grill. Let sit for ten minutes then serve.

Our 2” thick chops took almost 30 minutes to cook. Yours will vary depending on thickness and accuracy of your grill so always use a probe thermometer before removing from the heat.

These grilled pork chops are THE BEST ever. They're easy to make, flavorful, and always juicy. Coat them with a wet rub made from pantry-staple spices then pop them on the BBQ for 14 minutes and dinner is ready!

Juicy Grilled Pork Chops

In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper until a thick paste forms.

Coat both sides of the pork chops in the paste and set them aside on a plate to marinate while you warm up the grill, or up to 8 hours.

Preheat your grill to medium-high. If you have a BBQ Mat, use it. (It will help keep your BBQ clean.)

Grill your pork chops for 7 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees. Let them rest for 5 minutes after removing them from the grill.

Gluten free, sugar free,  paleo, whole 30 and low carb- you can please a crowd of health conscious guests with an abundance of flavor with this preparation, and not wear out the chef in the process. Absolutely delicious! The pork is soooooo  tender! ,Made this for the second time tonight. Didn’t remember the mix being so spicy. Found out after we had finished that husband had put the wrong lid on the wrong spice jar; instead of 2 tbsp of paprika, I had used 2 tbsp of hot chilli powder! It should have been inedible but wasn’t. 

This was amazing on pork chops.  Can’t wait to try it on chicken! 

OMG, this recipe rocks! I’m adding pork chops to our routine after using this recipe! I didn’t have time to let the chops marinate so I put the rub into a Ziplock with the pork chops, I let the meat marinate for an hour, delicious!

I had my doubts... no brown sugar... but I  followed the recipe EXACTLY and to my utter delight the chops were so juicy, tender and flavorful!  The only small difference was that I did try to squeeze off the marinade before grilling since I don’t have a BBQ mat and didn’t want a mess. Also made the grilled garlic mushrooms. So tasty! Will definitely be making both again. YUM!

It is absolutely delicious and so, so flavorful.  I grilled them on a cast iron ribbed lodge grill pan on the stove - it really imparted a charred and grilled flavor which was just divine.  All of it.

Juicy Grilled Pork Chops 

These grilled pork chops are soaked in a flavorful marinade, then cooked to golden brown perfection. A quick and easy recipe that&#x27;s perfect for any BBQ or summer gathering!

Dijon mustard

lemon zest

parsley leaves (chopped, plus more for garnish)

Place the pork chops in a bowl or resealable gallon sized bag.

In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the olive oil, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, lemon zest, parsley, thyme, salt, pepper and garlic.

Pour the marinade over the meat. Marinate for at least 1 hour, or up to 8 hours.

Preheat an outdoor grill or indoor grill pan to medium heat.

Place the pork on the grill. Cook for 6-8 minutes per side or until a thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the chop registers 145 degrees F.

Let the meat rest for 5 minutes, then serve. Garnish with additional chopped parsley if desired.

Perfect 15-Minute Grilled Pork Chops

Mix ingredients together and store in an airtight container for up to 1 year.

PREPARE THE HOUSE SEASONING:

Pat the meat dry. Rub each chop with olive oil and sprinkle with House Seasoning, to taste (I use about 1 teaspoon of olive oil and ¼ teaspoon of seasoning on each side of each pork chop).

PREPARE THE PORK CHOPS:

Heat coals, gas grill, or grill pan to medium-high heat. Brush grates with oil to prevent sticking. Place meat on the grill and cook for about 5-6 minutes per side (for thick boneless chops) or refer to the cooking time chart above for other cuts. The pork is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.

Let rest 5 minutes before serving.

GRILL THE PORK CHOPS:

Apply the BBQ rub to your pork chops on both sides and let the rub &quot;soak in&quot; for about 20-30 minutes while you start up your pellet grill.

Fill the hopper with pellets, turn on and run the pellet grill through the start up process, clearing out th white &quot;start-up&quot; smoke.

Turn the heat on the pellet grill to 300°F. If your pellet grill has the option to open any holes or vents in the drip pan for more direct heat, go ahead and do this.

Once the pellet grill is at 300°F, place the pork chops in the cooking chamber on the grill grates, over the direct heat is applicable.

Close the lid, if using any direct heat, flip the pork chops about every 10 minutes until they are finished cooking.

Optional: After about 10-20 minutes, brush the pork chops with BBQ sauce and close the lid. After 10 minutes, flip and brush the other side.

When the internal temperature of the smoked pork chops have reached 145°F, remove them from the pellet grill.

Let the pork chops rest for about 10 minutes before serving to let the juices distribute.

Bone in Pork Chops on the green mountain grill. We seasoned these up with Blues Hog Sweet and Savory. We set the Pellet Grill to 300 degrees and flipped them every 10 minutes until our Thermapen read 145 degrees internal temp. let rest and enjoy!!!

Killer Grilled Pork Chop Marinade

loin pork chops (thinly sliced)

Tbsp honey (or brown sugar)

garlic (pressed)

sweet onion (or yellow onion)

green onion (thinly sliced)

tsp white pepper

Tbsp dark soy sauce

Tbsp fish sauce

olive oil (or vegetable oil)

Tbsp lime juice (or lemon juice)

Mix all ingredients for the marinade together in a small container. Using a hand blender, pulse a few times to partially liquefy the marinade. If you don't have a hand blender, simply mince the onion, garlic and green onion as finely as you can.

Place the pork chops and the marinade in a bowl, or a Ziploc bag and mix well, ensuring even coverage. Refrigerate overnight and up to 24 hours.

About half an hour prior to grilling, take the pork chops of the fridge and give them a good mix. Let rest at room temperature.

Preheat your grill to medium-high temperature. Depending on the thickness of the pork chops, grill for about 5-10 minutes, flipping frequently to avoid burning. Grilled pork chops are fully cooked once their internal temperature reaches 145F. Use an instant-read thermometer to get optimal results.

Once the pork chops are cooked through, removed them from the grill, cover with a foil tent and let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. This will allow the meat to reabsorb some of the water lost during grilling.

In a large measuring cup, whisk together the lemon juice, oil, garlic, salt and seasoning.

Place the pork chops in a large plastic resealable bag and pour the marinade over top, coating them pork chops on both sides.

Seal the bag and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.

If you can, turn the  bag once in a while to coat the pork chops evenly.
